Hi anyone that is new.

Just a "wee note" (and just in case we are missed ) to let you know we shall be absentees on the DIS and F book from tomorrow until at least 12/04/2011. We are going to England to see some of our family and then pay our respects and be in remembrance for my (Adele's) parents and David's Dad . We shall then be flying out to Lisbon to join the RCCL Splendour of the Seas for a wee dander around the med; to give us some cheer after our visit to England. We shall look forward to hearing that everyone has been given their GTY staterooms and that we are all still on board for our adventure on the Atlantic sailing on the Disney Magic.

Sending our best wishes to everyone; counting the days.

I always have to do a double take when I see dates like that - I thought you were gone till December 4!

Sorry, there are no Category (anything) staterooms available for selection at this time. You may either change the stateroom category or accept a guarantee (GTY) stateroom. Selecting "Accept Guarantee" guarantees the ship, sailing date and rate. A Category (anything) stateroom will be assigned by the time documents are received. Selecting "Accept Guarantee" does not guarantee the stateroom will be on a particular deck or, for multiple staterooms, that the staterooms will be located near each other.

I was not able to get an assigned room when I booked 3 weeks ago - I am in a 5C - so not sure what that means if only certain categories you could select your room or what.

Have a safe trip! Of course we will miss you. At first I looked at your date the US way and though, OH NO they are going to miss the TA cruise!

The original flight DCl gave me was 10:15. You should be fine.

We booked our outbound flight(10:50am 5/28) on our own and purchased DCL cruise to airport transfers without any problem. Our flight information is clearly noted in our cruise reservation also.

There are reports on the facebook page that some cabins have been assigned...

We moved up a deck as well to #8058! DH just randomly checked our reservation and called to tell me!

I'm sure they are assigning all the guarantees now, because we chose our stateroom from day 1. Good luck everybody!!!

Deck 6 is my favorite. That is where I usually book. I could not justify the cost for just myself. Maybe my 11 GTY will be an inside on deck 6

We were midship deck 2 oceanview (cat 9B) and are now magically upgraded to midship deck 7 (cat 5A) with a balcony

Congrats to all of you who have your room assignments & great upgrades! It is amazing what a little pixie dust will do.

I still have no room assignment. I know it is because we are going to get something great! Maybe we are being up graded from a inside stateroom GYT to a Suite....a girl can dream!!

Went from 9b to 5a as well. Was a little nervous at 1st because I wanted to be sure my room was in the middle of the ship to minimize ship movement. But now that I know the room is in the middle of the ship I am do the happy dance.
