I would like to learn how to play bridge if you are willing to teach me.
Also how about backgammon... anyone interested in backgammon?

We could organize some mini tournaments in some of these or other games if anyone is interested.

Yes to backgammon! I may bring along Phase 10, it is fun to play in large groups. I like Rummikub, I would love to be shown how to play Rummy with cards.

I totally love any kind of game like this! Not sure about bridge though

We, the champaign girls, did that on the Panama Canal Cruise. Daisy Duck happened by and got in the pic with us... it was great!

been away from the board for a week and so much activity....

If any of you are travelling onwards to the UK - most places will expect a chip and pin card - but you can usually just sign (some places will make a bit of a fuss) but my sister who lives in the USA manages when she comes over without a chip and pin card. Just make sure that the back of the card is signed as they will probably carefully check the signature.

in the uk we don't sign credit card slips anymore - we have to enter a 4 digit pin code for each transaction - like in a cash machine (atm). I guess the card has to have a microchip in it for this to work.

you do get strange looks if you don't have a chip and pin card or when you have a senior moment and forget your pin number

Hi all, this is one of Missy's BFF's (there's 4 of us) but I happen to be the one coming on this cruise! It was a very late booking type thing for me as we usually book our cruises like 2 years out, and I am traveling with no kids and no husband. (yes I am worried about 2 weeks away from them). So I will have Missy and Ross to prop me up, and now the rest of ya!

So what is the decision on the secret Mickey exchange? And are there any guidelines for the FE exchange? We signed up for group 2, but not really sure how many, how often etc. And tossing around the SM as well, but there is 3 adults in our cabin, not sure if we all would want to do it or just some of us.

Re:SECRET MICKY... We are having a Secret Mickey.. We suggest a $20 to $30 range. I think a few small gifts might be more fun to send out over a few days vs 1 gift 1 day. You may distribute as you want. We will have a Secret Mickey reveal probably on the last Sea day or the last Sea day before we get to the ports.... TBA.

We just booked the cruise a week ago and tried to get our airline flights all arranged. We are travelling without our husbands. We cruised together last year on Disney in the Med.
We will do most of our excursions on our own. If anybody wants to join us. You are welcome to do so.

we are 2 ladies (I use this loosely) we do our tours on our own as well and just booked tickets to the horse show today in Cadiz, we are planning to take the train.
