Had to tell my DIS friends the news.

This will be our "Mother's Day Trip" we just found out that I'm pregnant :thumbsup2 .

We had been trying for 10 years and had accepted that we wouldn't/couldn't have children, then we received our surprise. My due date is 11/21 and currently I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. Can you believe it????

So, we are taking the baby on it's first trip to Disney in about a month and a half. I'm still in shock over this. I can't believe it!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cheer2:  :cool1: :dance3: :cheer2:

When does your Disney Vacation Begin??

For us it's when we get on the 'monorail' at the Orlando airport!!! it feels like 'home' :)

Hi everyone!

Having beautiful weather here today. Actually, it is going to be nice all week.

Here is a question I have - What is the average you spend daily at WDW for your food and stuff? I am trying to figure how much to give to my boys, since they will be running around more than we do.

Thanks!

I let the Kids charge to the room, can you do that? We are also on the DDP and concierge and use our Visa $$ for misc...so I'm not much help on what to plan money wise daily...

Did you look into the dinning plan...it can be a great value....If your boys are big eaters.

When does your Disney Vacation Begin??

It will probably start for me the last day I am at work before our late night flight. I've already warned my boss I probably will be the most unproductive person at the company on that particular date. I'll probably even leave early under the pretense of "last minute packing".

We have to be up by 3:00 am on the morning we leave....no one sleeps were too excited....
JC

We have to leave at 2am, since it takes us 2hrs to get to the airport and then our flight is at 6! haha! so we are usually up at 1, which means if we do sleep it's barely anything at all :)

The kids ride in the limo with their jammies on and then we change them after we check in at the airport :)

I wish!!!!

I swear people are getting tired of me updating them daily on how many days I have left until vacation :)

We will never get tired of hearing you say or post your countdown....We are all Disney nerds here...so tells us...how many day! :cool1: Half the fun of planning is being able to share your excitment about your vacation. :cheer2:

Thanks for your help in figuring some of the costs. I looked into the DP, and my kids would not fit in to that. They eat sporadically and to get them to sit down to a big meal everyday is unthinkable when they just want to ride rides and see shows.

We are going to have a few dinners and lunches together. But I know I can't keep up with them or their schedules that they have made up in their minds.

LOL!
