Good Morning Mayers.

Katiebell, I hope your arm does well during your trip. I was in a car accident 6 years ago. My pain meds affected my short term memory as well. I found making list very helpful. I literally had to write almost every thing down.

Lake - Congrats on the neice. That is so exciting.

Today, I work, get my hair done, get my son's hair cut. It our last day of tennis before the trip.

Tomorrow, work, packing (because I can't get the suitcase out since it freaks out the cat.) I have piles of things I am packing.

A fabulous DIS'er that I met and have cruised with twice emailed me the deal she found on a budget board site that I hadn't heard of...it was a great deal!

ok today and tomorrow (working) are it for me, yeah! DH has to work Saturday but that's it, then we're off!

Morning everyone! we are losing posters left and right! haha! it's really slowing down here! oh well at least we made it to 600!!!

Thanks for the kind words, Mayers...I know the break off work will help rest my arm -- right now I'm more concerned because I'm feeling like I'm forgetting things, or like will get there and not have stuff we need. NewCrew, thanks for the tip about lists. I've been making lists like crazy, but I make multiple copies, and forget where I've put them... I'm not terribly organized to begin with, so I'm not going in fully prepared, I think. Ah well, I'm sure this will all come together. WE LEAVE IN 2 DAYS, OMG!!!!!!!

My dad went to the Dr. and unfortunately has to have more surgery on his heart RIGHT when we get back! THe Dr. wanted him in yesterday, but his Dr. was very unrealistic about recovery time! He told him he could go in for surgery on wed. then be out today and on the plane by friday!!?!?! We thought it better to wait as it is not a life threatening thing bothering him, and the Dr. said it could wait if he wanted to. So we have that to deal with when we get back

Ok, I with all this packing. I have added another suitcase to the list. So now I have

1 very large suitcase
1 suiter (the addition)
2 small suitcase
1 bag

not to mention a babybag, carryon bag with snacks and toys, 2 carseats a double stroller.

We are just 2 adults and 2 little girls. I have to reorganize and pack less. Considering I have a washer,dryer in the room.

Is anyone else who is leaving later in the month cursing yourselves that you didn't chose early May for your vacays ?

We are just 2 adults and 2 little girls. I have to reorganize and pack less. Considering I have a washer,dryer in the room.

honestly you should! hahah! We are going back tonight to get rid of stuff. going through the airport with all that stuff is really going to put a sour note on your vacation. It's happened to us so many times. This time we are getting rid of more clothes even though they are all new, i do laundry on vacation, so we don't need so much. I want to go down to 3 carryons.
Including diaper bag, purse and camera bag

Thank you It's just so annoying. When he came out of surgery and i talked to the Dr. He even said that he was not thrilled with the outcome!!!
