That sounds just wonderful. I love a good french onion soup. I had to settle for so so chicken gumbo today.

As for dinner, I think I'm going to have steak fajitas a la lazy style (involves a microwave and less than 5 minutes of prep time).

Is this something you get from the store? I have never heard of this before.

I buy some pre-cooked fajita meat from Costco and simply warm it up in the microwave. Add tortillas, cheese, sour cream and any veggies you want and there you go...fajita time.

Oh got it! Great idea. Have to tell my wife about that.

Yep, opening, every day!

We are early risers, even at home. DH goes to work out in the mornings at 5:30, so I'm usually up. Vacation doesn't change it for us, we're just more excited to be up and at 'em!

ETA-

We don't go back for rest time during the day either, but we stay to park closing every night. Got to get it all in there! Ha!

Yay! Us too...hooray for commando tactics! (and Seacrest, I already explained what "commando" means in Disney terms )

I figure we have exactly 5 1/2 days to cram in as much magic as possible -- I don't intend to spend it napping :rotfl2: Ah, but if I had little ones, or if I'd been to WDW several times before, I might appreciate a little mid-day break. There's just so much to see and do, and not enough time to do even 1/10th of what we want to :hyper: So, we'll just do what we can...and then start planning our next trip! :goodvibes

My DH is great!

This is what he came up with for one of our nephews.

**Postcard...Yoda...from our last trip**

Child's name,
In you, I trust. Sense a strong force and magic in you, I do.
See you traveling to a far off land of magic, I can. Disney, It is! Family you will be with in October. See my friend, Mickey, you will. Stay strong and be very good, you will.

Be one with the force,
Yoda

:yoda:
