Hey all... well last night my DH and DS spoke again. They spoke for about 2 hours it was ok. Minor yelling. Well we came to the conclusion that you really can't do anything about the paternity until the baby is born. Plus i told my DS to make sure he goes with her to her first DR appt and see what they give her as a due date and time of conception that will give a better idea if the child is his or not. Oh another detail was thrown into the loop yesterday. So my DS decided that the best thing to do was to break up with his GF because she didn't know he cheated. Late last night she texted his phone that she thinks she is pregnant also. I'm telling you guys i've never had a bigger headache then the one i have now......

Aside from the drama in my life everything else is going great. I'm enjoying the time i have with my DD at home. I take her to the park and we go for ice cream and such. Last night i was looking through my pics of WDW and she happened to be behind me and started yelling "i want to go there" "Iwant go back" it bought tears to my eyes because i know it will be a while before we go. Maybe once i get a part time job or something i can escape just me and her and take her back.... we'll see what happens....

Alright-- the g'friend is trying to hold onto your DSS---- playing games, KWIM??? Buy a test- get her to pee on that stick ASAP WITH your DSS in the room.
As far as the other girl- yes- make sure he goes to the Appt and gets a date of conception/ time table. I mean really- three weeks PG?????? you aren't even supposed to know until you've missed your first cycle. Doesn't usually show up that early B/c of hormones in the blood stream.

OMG, Mari How old is your DS? And how old are these girls? Paternity testing can be done before or after birth -- before birth, it's done by amniocentesis, and it's a lot more involved and poses a small risk to the baby. After birth, it's just done with a cheek swab. But I agree with Jo (as I often do), speak to a lawyer ASAP. It's important that your son does not claim paternity unless he is sure. There are cases in the news where men have been required to pay support for a child that is not theirs because they claimed paternity at first. Hang in there

Yeah, I wondered about the GF too, if she was trying to keep her BF and was willing to say anything. One thing for sure, if both of these scares don't pan out (which would be the very, very, VERY best scenario for EVERYONE -- DS, and the girls, and both families), I'm sure DSS will be a LOT more careful in the future!

morning all -

yeah, mari - i have to say that after the initial shock wore off of me i thought the same thing. girls will say anything to keep or hurt a BF after something like this. She may just be trying to punish him or to try and get him to stay with her... You know?

The next few weeks are going to be very interesting to say the least. All we can hope is that you DSS has veery bad taste in girls and that the 1st one is trying to pin someone else's baby on him and that his GF is just trying to get under his skin. Lets hope that the only thing that comes of this is that he learns a very good lesson on how to pick classier women.

It was too tall- right at 9ft, and my hearth room, where it was to go, is a hair under 9 ft. So I had the carpenter from the store take off a bit, and they delivered it today. I am so excited. It is so much prettier in person.

That's a pretty bookcase. IO Metro is really the rage here in Arkansas right now. Did you get it at the location by the Embassy Suites in Rogers? I noticed that there was one there now.

My neighbor just bought this table for her kitchen:

Hello hello-

NC- yep- I got it at that one at the Embassy suites. We love their furniture-- we bought a console table last week form there too, but I don't see it online. It was for Marky's plasma big screen. I refuse to let him hang a tv on my walls, LOL.
I really like that their furniture is ALL wood- no particle board or any veneers. Like the old way of building stuff. Love it.
That's why the table was heavy. I cannot believe you lugged that thing home with your friend. When we got the bookcase- it is really huge- 9 ft tall and almost takes up the entire length of my hearth room- we had it delivered. They had to bring it in pieces b/c of the size of it. When we got the console table, I made Mark get our friend go get it with him- there was no way on this earth I could have lifted that thing up a winding staircase.

Marky is coming home today- I am so glad. I haven't slept since he left. I got 4 hours of sleep last night- the stupid smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night- low battery - and I had to go on a hunt to find which one it was and then when i found it, I could barely reach it--- oh the drama- then I couldn't get the stupid battery in...
you know how it happens.

Why oh WHY do the batteries always die at night??????? And when your DH is out of town??????????



In 41 days, we leave for WDW----

Your smoke alarm story made me laugh. Sorry, I know it wasn't funny in the middle of the night. The same thing happened to me one night in July. Well I guess it was very early morning, and of course DH happened to not be here. It took me forever to figure out which one was chirping and then I could barely reach it! Oh I was so MAD!!! And it was the morning that I had to call WDW at 7 to make my ADR's. So needless to say I could not get back to sleep and was up almost the whole night.

We only unloaded it from her SUV in her garage. There is no way we could have taken it up the steps, down the hall and into the kitchen. I told her she was going to need her DH to do that. That table was just too heavy. I think they had to take the legs off of it to get it in.

We have our TV on a console. I got it at Dillards. Our Dillards has nice furniture. I don't remember seeing furniture at the Dillards at Pinnacle Hills when we were there a couple of weeks ago.

We were debating this morning do we spend the night at the next game. The game is at 11:30. We will have to get up early Sat. morning to drive up. I think we need to leave by 7:00. Chloe said she would like to stay at the hotel. She loves it. That is one of her favorite parts. So, who knows what we will do.

KB - YAY you are almost there... you must be so excited... my DD is going with us in Jan but i don't feel like it's a real WDW vacation since we are only going into WDW like 3 days out of the week. And we are staying off property. I want to go back to CBR SOOOO bad especially after i saw the pics of the upgraded pool...

Jo - the bookshelf looks great. I love it. It must look great in your house. And wow i can't believe you actually put a piece of cloths in the luggage already.
