Shelly- we ended up going to the Egg hunt in the snow. But by the time we got there, it was a muddy mess, so we left w/o any eggs. It was crowded and freezing. What a great concept- but it's just too cold, esp. when Easter is in March.

I know, that place was a muddy mess Friday! I can't imagine what it must have been like by Saturday. We drove the Blazer so they made us park in a muddy field. Anyone with 4-wheel drive was directed that way. I told DH we should have brought the car then we could have parked on pavement!

All the slides & jumpy things had HUGE lines. DS 8 waited for the Hulk one because it was the shortest line. DS6 and I waited 35 minutes for a balloon animal! Then as we were waiting for the 4-6 year old egg hunt to start I looked around and told DS8 to just go in with those kids. They were all his size anyway! I didn't feel like standing there freezing for another 15 minutes waiting for his age group! They each filled their baskets in about 3 minutes and we left!

morning everyone!!! i'm almost into the thirties today!!! 39 days til the wedding!!!! i already bought a bunch of stuff from target to pack - - - dramamine detergent - shampoos - conditionaer - sunscreen - aloe - blah blah blah... i couldn't wait! i bought all big ones instead of travel size, so i'm considering shipping it all down there before i arrive... any thoughts guys???

I can't believe how fast the days are flying by until your May trips to WDW.

I wish I was going to FL sooner. Right now, we are still looking at the Fall, no dates yet.

I've never shipped anything down to WDW. I buy all that stuff in travel size.

I was actually thinking of sending a box with toiletries and a pair of clothes for each one of us. This way we don't have to take anything on the plane other then ourselves. I hat carryons and such....we'll see what happens...

I never ship stuff to hotels, I have always had bad luck with things getting lost, stolen or never showing up.

I've never shipped anything down to WDW. I buy all that stuff in travel size.

I think Huggie might ship stuff down. . .

What is he so scared of? I think he would enjoy it once he saw all that you can do and experience.

I can't wait to see more Sea.... it's making me want to go on a cruise... i think i'll go on one soon even if it's without DH. (he's scared of cruises) what a wimp....maybe i can plan on a girls vacation or something.....

He is probably concerned that he will get sea sickness.

It was little rough coming out of LA the first night and early morning, but no one was complaining it was bad. A lot of ships today have stablizers which reduce the swaying/rocking motion greatly.

As for cruise ships sinking, forget it. They have sonar, radar, satellite on the bridge, they are constantly adjusting the course looking out for any dangers or bad weather conditions.

Like i said he's a big wimp..... I'll probably surprise him and just book the vacation and since it will be paid for he will have no choice but to go....
