Palo brunch is sold out every day but I did book it for dinner on the 13th.

We got our cave tour! That was all I cared about!! I am super excited now!

Yes, we too could not get a Palo brunch (I've never been to one!), but got Remy on a Sea and semiformal night and all the excursions we were looking for. Note to anyone looking at cabanas, they were all booked. Seems to be a lot of open slots for Palo dinners, there was availability every night that I looked at.

Got up at 0600 European time to book. As a geographically single mom, that was precious sleep time given up, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hope everyone else is finding as much flexibility in the booking options.

Silver status for me so I set my alarm for midnight and then again for 3:00. Oh my!! I think it was worth the sleepless night - I snagged an 11:30 a.m. boarding time and para-sailing on Castaway Cay along with a few other splurges. I was disappointed that the Chill Spa wasn't available for booking for my teen daughter yet. I guess they are still working out the services. Will have to keep monitoring that one. I hope my fellow Silver members won't be as bleary eyed as me today!

Sorry about brunch everyone Glad to see that you were able to get some other things though. I was starting to get worried by the time I was able to book (the 27th) that everything would be sold out. Still crossing my fingers for a dolphin touch, that is the only thing we really car about..., the rest is just a bonus.

Hey everyone
So armed with a strong coffee I logged in at 5am and am happy to report I got everything I wanted
I was torn between Brunch or Dinner at Palo (never done either before) so the fact that Brunch was sold out made the decision easier!!
We have dinner at Palo and Remy; all the excursions we wanted and I am treating myself to a cabana massage on Castaway Cay

Oh you are so sweet! I am not picky about port at all, and it would be 1 adult and 1 child. If you get time that would be awesome, but if not, it is not a huge deal. Only 15 more days...

Well, they had a million different dolphin excursion options - but I think you said that you just wanted to touch and not do any of the extreme swims or anything like that - so these looked like the most mild options and they all have availablity! Hopefully you'll still have this many options when you can book!

Not a problem! Last year was our first cruise, so I remember waiting what felt like forever , and hoping that my excursions weren't all booked up while everyone else bragged about what they got

Haha. I am so happy for those that have been able get what they wanted. Honestly, even if the dolphin touch's are filled up we will still have a great time! Definitely not the end of the world I am just happy to be going on a vacation

We have several celebrations while on our cruise. First of all in May it will be our 30th anniversary. Second, my birthday will be on Sunday, along with Mother's Day. Third, our daughter Alyssa will be celebrating her birthday while on the cruise. Fourth, we are cruising on the Disney Fantasy!!! That's a lot of celebrating!!!!!!!!!!!

Our excursions are booked now! Sea Trek Helmet Dive in Grand Cayman. Chaccoben Mayan ruins in Costa Maya, and Secret River in Cozumel. Anyone else doing those?

On the 2 sea days I checked, Palos completely sold out. Only Remy available. Ah well, more $$ for adult beverages.

I did! We booked Palo for dinner on the 13th, and we got the secret river excursion on Cozumel! I am so tempted to book the stingray excursion on Grand Cayman - but I am trying not to spend any more money. I think we will just buy some snorkel gear and go to a beach and snorkel on our own that day

We are doing the high tea at palo @ 3 on Sunday for mothers day. We are doing the discover native cayman and salt water forest in the Grand Caymans. In Costa Maya we are going to do the Costa Maya highlights and beach combo. Then at Castaway we are going to do the swim with the stingrays. Can not wait to set sail.
