OMG, I think I am going to freak...I just now realized that we will have luggage restrictions on the airline coming home.......can you tell we don't fly much?

What the heck am I going to do? Is there a limit on number of bags or just weight?

Depending of the airline, number of bags. All airlines charge extra for bags over 50 lbs. Cost me $185.00 to get bags home from Hawaii. Bought too much stuff.

As said before, there are many things we will agree to disagree about. Politics is one of many things that we will find a wide array of opinions about in this. Our President's academic credentials will show that he was not left behind. My intent here is not to start an argument or even discussion, but just to make everyone aware that there are many and diverse opinions on the DIS. John1 and I are very good friends who are able to disagree and still love each other. What we do share is a love of Disney and an understanding that still being a kid at heart is not only ok, but a good thing.

Vanessa, you can check 2 bags each, no restrictions on size just weight. 8 bags of 50 lbs each for you. Then you can each have one carryon plus a "personal item." You will be fine.

Ok - I'm starting to REALLY stress!!

The girl I thought was going to go w/ me seems to be changing her mind.......no one else I know seems to be able to go to share my room with me (I have friends that are planning to go but in their individual staterooms). I'm scared as to what the "single" price is going to be. I can't believe we still have to wait 1 week before we know the prices!!

She told me to book her on there right now, but that she may end up cancelling. AACCKK!!

I agree with you totally about agreeing to disagree. My husbands DS and I don't agree about hardly anything but I love her, spend holidays with her and we occasionally make jokes about our differences. If we all laugh instead of stressing or fighting about our differences, the world would be a better place.

This is good to know. We fly United alot and have just gone by what they say in their literature. We have found that 2 bags each has been plenty for us.

Melanie, tell her to pony up the $500 deposit, but list her as "TBA" that way you can change her name to someone else later....who knows what the next year (plus) will bring before we make final payment. Maybe there will be a sweetheart to take along by then!

Good to know you can just call them. I saw that the prices of the med repo in may have dropped a liitle...or so it seemed. Just wanted to make sure that it's possible. I would love to still spend the same but move up a cat! That would be the best!

That is great idea. I am going to ship ahead for our December 2007 cruise because I have Xmas stuff, bday stuff etc.that I do not want to carry. When I get off the ship, I am going to ship any excess back.
