Tuesday - arrive, check in Cape May for dinner...I think I decided against the party that night as we have done the Halloween and Pirate party on arrival nights and it was too hectic for me.

Wed - wander Epcot. Le Cellier dinner
Thrus- Mk Crystal Palace dinner - samantha's birthday cake


and YIKES - I have nothing for Friday!

ITA about not doing one of the parties on arrival day. That's how I wound up flying in on Monday (a day earlier than I originally was going to fly in).
Lucky you for getting into Le Celier!! I want to eat there so badly, but since we planned this trip only a couple of months ago, we got shut out!

Come to Epcot on Friday! I'll be eating my way around the Food and Wine Festival booths

We bought DCL lanyards from our 1st cruise, but I can never find them when I want them (like right before we leave for Dland) and we end up getting a new one everytime we go there. What a waste of money, huh? Nice lanyyard collection though

Depends on how many we need but no more then $5 each. She hand makes them so I'm sure we can find out about kid sizing and make it happen. But if someone is already arranging for lanyards I don't want to step on toes so would like to find out from them first what they have planned.

I'm sure you'll find a lot of interest here!

That's cool I just wanted to make the offer as I know I liked having a lanyard for my room key.

Back in the pages lost in the annals of time somebody was organising lanyards, but I think was having problems. It could be they would be pleased to bits to have someone else take over. I must go and see if I can find some info. Perhaps on the Ship of Thieves discussion board.

It's cdnmickeylover who was organising them. She hasn't posted in ages actually - hope they are ok.

I'll Pm cdnmickeylover and see if she is ok and find out if she was able to get any info.



I'm all for the yankee's losing as I see we have people routing for them to lose! But not sure if anyone else here is a Red Sox fan but I am, I also route for anyone who beats the Yankees


I'm so jealous of those who are heading to WDW soon I just got back on the 18th of September and I miss it already.

Hey guys.. sorry for being absent again!! My brother is getting married this Sunday, so we’ve been preparing for it. The rehearsal is tonight.

I can’t believe how many people are going to be in WDW the same time as we are. We’ll be there Oct. 22-27!!

$20 for a tooth??? I might have to start pulling out a couple of mine if that’s the going rate!

Ugh, I put on a pair of size 8 pants this morning thinking I could squeeze into them for the day. It’s 3 pm and boy am I regretting that decision- I’m just NOT a size 8 at the moment!

Oh, and I HATE scary stuff.. I’m a total wimp when it comes to scary things!

How exciting about your brother's wedding! Is he nervous yet? Will it be a big wedding? What's your role in the big event?

The beaded lanyards sound wonderful, but I don't know if my DH would wear a beaded one. On the TA cruise we had some made that were so light that you didn't even know you were wearing them. If you decide against the beaded ones and no one is going to be doing them then I can do them. The cost is about $1.50 each or less if we order 200 of them. We ordered more than that on the TA I think. We had several people volunteer to help with the cost but can always charge each person. They said - Taking the Magic to the Med. We could have -Ship of Thieves on ours. Somebody let me know if no one else is doing these and if you want me to do them. I liked them because you knew the person wearing them was a disser even if you didn't know them.

So I got home and found that the plumber fixed my problem today! He showed up just as I was leaving for work this morning. Yippee! Hopefully my house can go a little while without major problems now and give me a break from all that stress.

Down the side at the bottom there was a personal hand written note from the HR lady saying she hopes I keep them in mind for the future.
