You both are a couple of nuts! Shows how tired I am that it took me so long to catch on! :lmao:

Hmmmmmm . . . . choices, choices . . . .

I will have you know that I am one of the few in my office that wears "different" ties. I wear team ties, Beatles ties, Save the Children Ties, Grateful Dead Ties, Nature Conservancy Ties . . . you get the idea, I am more of a statement than a fashion person.

However, this would be a first.

I think since I am not that conservative, the yellow may be more fitting.

The yellow one has been put aside for you!

I may get to bed soon too. Since we got home so late last night, I was dragging all day today. I need some sleep!

Three more outs to go for Detroit, and I may actually get to go to bed!

Captain Jack!! We will be in Fl for a few days before the cruise. We will have to set something up! We would love to see you again. Is your lovely family going to be with you?

All but Dylan our Older son ....he will have school that he cant miss ...But Myself , My Sweet Melissa and Destin will be there with some friends ...

It will be great to see you as well

I think Amy would let everyone know that wearing that tie may be advertising for the product, but not an indication of the need for it's use . . . :lmao: :thumbsup2
Um......good to know it's not needed! :rotfl:

Amy probably would like to know what they give the guys who are advised to go to the doctor . . . the antidote . . .

(OK, enough of that talk now)

INDIANS WIN!

MAGIC NUMBER TO FIVE!

The winning rookie pitcher just got a cream pie in the face while being interviewed! It is soooo funny. What is priceless is how when they get on the microphone, they forget it is going to happen, and get the pie in the face totally unexpected!:rotfl2: :lmao:

Had to turn the air conditioning back on today! Very hot, but I loved it! Supposed to be same tomorrow.

Freaky thing happened today. Honeybee swarm in my neighborhood. I had NO idea what the heck was going on and Tyler and I were a bit freaked out about getting out of the car. We pulled into our driveway and saw the swarms everywhere. Not just our house, all the neighbors too. I'd never seen anything like it and wasn't quite sure what was going on. I thought maybe a bunch of baby bees had hatched, but Tyler told me he thinks they're honeybees. We bolted into the house as quickly as possible. 2 managed to get in with us, so I got rid of them. Did a search online and found info on MSU's website about honeybee swarms and how & why they happen. It says they can be 20,000 - 30,000 bees and "quite alarming to the uninformed". Um......YEAH! Says they'll go away in 2-3 days. Yuck!

Looks like all the tie talk sent everyone to bed!

That would definitely be funny to see! Is that something that's done often? Never heard of that!

We had to turn the air on again tonight too . . .

This is the time of year the bees swarm. Every year some of our carryout baggers get stung.

I never knew that about the bees. It was the craziest thing I've seen in a long time! Totally freaked us out! We watched as bee after bee kept landing on all the windows of the car. Scared the you know what out of Tyler and I was feeling like we were in a scene of a horror movie.

Well, I'm off to bed. Getting back to town so late Sunday night has had me dragging all week. My eyelids are about to slam shut. Goodnight!

That would definitely be funny to see! Is that something that's done often? Never heard of that!

Just something the Indians started this year. Trot Nixon, who came over as a free agent from Boston, started it. Since then, they do it every game when they win.

It is almost like a challenge for the guys who are watching out to get surprised. They hide the pies, try to sneak up, etc..

In 1995, they would stick a bubblegum bubbe on a players head when he wasn't paying attention in the dugout, and would see how long it would take him to notice. They would show guys on camera for several innings with the bubble gum on their heads.

Fans started finding little pink balloons and taping them to their hats when they came to the ballpark!

Our teams have always been practical jokers. It seems like it is expected here.
