The girls all look like they're really enjoying themselves! :goodvibes Sorry Molly got sick. I hope she feels better soon! Very sweet of the other girls to give Molly the prize.

I am sorry Molly got sick...I think it is so wonderful that you are a leader. Annie is in 7th grade and her leader is so awesome there are still 30 girls in her troop!! They have so much fun. They are now planning a Europe trip...11th grade to Swizerland and London....girl scout hostels in each area.

Can you post a picture of your swap? Do the girls plan and make them? As they get older, you will have do nothing with swaps.....the girls really take them over....I LOVE swaps!!

I loved the Prom pictures.....

For all of you with small children, you will blink your eyes and it will be your kids at the Prom.......

I told Gretchen and Annie I am not going to feed them anymore...so they will stop growing!!

Well today is a little grey now after a sunny start. It has rained a little - we do need it as it has been dry for 6 or more weeks now.

It is a public holiday here - May Day. Pretty useless really between Easter and Sprink Bank Holiday at the end of May, but nice to have nontheless. There has been some talk of moving it to October to fill the gap betweek our August Bank holiday at the end of August and Christmas but it hasn't happened yet.

Been out for a coffee and now gardening a little between rain showers and doing some laundry.

This time next year we will be in Orlando before the cruise - woohoo!!:woohoo:

You're the best mom ever!!:thumbsup2 :hippie: :thumbsup2
I don't know about that. I have very little patience and am grumpy lots. Tyler will be the first to tell everybody how grumpy I am! :rotfl: But what's funny about your comment is that he told me exactly that last night! Of course we arleady mailed out his birthday invitations, but before bed last night, I was filling out the ones to hand deliver to the kids at day care. He said, "Are you writing my invitations?! Oh thanks! You're the best mom ever!" :lmao: Um....sure....OK. :confused3 I'll just remind him of that comment when he's a teenager and tells me he hates me. LOL!!! :scared1:

Sure, I come back and now you're gone....only kidding....sounds like you're going to be one very busy beaver soon. What are you doing in Florida in June?

We're visiting friends for a couple days that we met on our 2nd Disney cruise---threebritts on here (she doesn't have time to post much). They were our tablemates for dinner and we all just hit it off and booked a cruise together the following year. We also met up in Orlando for a weekend last year Memorial weekend. Tyler can't wait....he loves their daughter, even though she's 3 years older. He says she's his best girlfriend. ;)

Memorial day weekend we'll probably do a barbeque and we'll go to the drive in movies and see Pirates of the Carribbean 3. It'll be showing then. I love that weekend because it's the official kickoff of the summer. In the summer, we come to Delaware and go to the beach...me and Sandi and the boys, not John, he hates the sand. He'd rather be on a boat.pirate: pirate: pirate:
Memorial weekend for us: not sure yet. It's supposed to be Tyler's dad's holiday this year because I had that weekend last year, but he told me recently that he's going to Canada for camping with a bunch of guys, so it looks like I get extra time with Tyler. :woohoo: :yay: :dance3: But we probably won't do much since 2 weeks after that is the Florida trip. Just a relaxing weekend doing fun stuff around town.

Here's a pic of my beautiful boy, gandalf.

Very beautiful! Thanks for sharing his pic!

Left to right we have squishy, cozy, webster and behind the elephant is crush and squirt who are not with me today, but I got them on that cruise.

These are two of my real turtles, Mickey and Minnie. Minnie is the larger one and Mickey is the smaller. My other turtles are magoo, mellow, donovan and maggie may.

Wow! How cool! I knew you collected turtles, but didn't realize you have real ones too! :goodvibes Cute!

that would be great if DCL added a photopass!

I just talked to DH...seems he is having to summons the police. A cshier stole money and another employee stole a cart full of meat...my word, what are people thinking?

This would be way cool:thumbsup2 I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed.
Yuperoonie! My favorite part of my Carnival cruise in January was having shipboard wireless internet. I loved being able to lie in bed with my laptop and check e-mail before going to sleep. And having my cell phone work the whole trip, even in the middle of the ocean was WAY cool, considering I went without my son. No way would I call anybody else, but it was the first time we've ever been apart for 8 days, so I loved staying in touch with him. :thumbsup2

ok when I left you last.....I wsa headed into the girls room...it is now CLEAN and you can actually walk on the floor! I scrubbed bookshelves, put clothes away, got out the monsters under the bed and rearranged most of the furniture. It looks amazingly better and lots of room!

Done with two more loads of laundry and still have more to do...the girls blankets take up quite a bit of room. I also went through a box that had cruise stuff in...xmas cards from DIS'ers....etc, nice to remember the Magic!

Ok break over...more cleaning! (all said while DH is lounging watching Sportscenter although he did clean the kitchen!)

Sounds like you are really accomplishing a great deal with your spring cleaning. What a terrific man to clean the kitchen!! NEVER happened in my family!!

You must be so proud of Samantha! It sounds like she is quite a special gal!

Also, even though I have no idea what they are, any treatment with the word "Fiji" in it has to be divine!;)

Thanks for the nice words about Samantha.

Pure Fiji is the name of the product they use. A Fiji wrap means that you are first completely exfoliated (from head to toes) with a sugar Fiji product. Afterward, you shower and dry off with lovely fluffy towels. The massage therapist than rubs a lovely smelling (Fragipani in my case) lotion and buttery oil into your skin. Then she puts warm stones under your hands, your body, and one your face (including eyelids). You are then are wrapped up in a cocoon for about twenty mintues. During the twenty minutes you are wrapped, she will massage your feet, hands, arms and scalp. The lotion seems to really soak into your skin and when the wrap is over you feel deliciously smooth.

The Fiji man/pedi is similar but done with hands and feet. The difference is that you dip your hands and feet in parafin wax before you put them in plastic bags which are then inserted into warm sleeves.

Deb, Thanks so much for visiting. Thank you so much for the beautiful roses!! We are all enjoying them!! It really was very nice to meet you both!!

The wind was really whipping when we woke up this morning.....we pretty much packed up and came home for my DFIL's 73 birthday party!! I had to run and pick Gretchen up at a party (she was invited :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: ) and the run to Frank's party and now I am finally home....7:15pm EDT

How beautiful and so ready to face the world!! I was saying to my friend I am so excited for Daniel graduating from High School....maybe even a little jealous.....Do you feel any of those emotions with Sam?

Thanks to everyone for the wonderful compliments about Samantha. Both my DH and I are both sad and excited for Sam, but yes, we do feel a bit jealous. Starting a new chapter of her life is such an exciting time. Make both of us wish we were back at the beginnings of our life after graduating from college.

Noel,

Did I miss an upgrade while I was gone? By some miracle did you get upgraded? You know I am counting on you to get mine!

Kim

Nope. Still in cat. 3. TA says not to expect any possibilities for upgrades until final payments are due.

As others have said, I love seeing everyone's pictures (Deb's beach shots, everyone's pets, kids, etc.)

When I tell people I'm going on our cruise by myself, but not really because I've already "met" so many nice people, I don't think they can understand. Keep posting photos!

I don't have any kids or pets, but maybe in a couple of weeks I'll have a picture of Johnny, Kiera or Orlando I can post--here's hopin'!!:thumbsup2
