Mimosa for me! Lisa:goodvibes

mimosa's for the am drinks :thumbsup2 but pina coladas are my favorites:)

I love the idea of scrapbooking challenges - I have several Disney albums to finish. I keep starting but never manage to finish. (My new Cricut arrived yesterday - totally agree with "She who dies with the most supplies wins!"
Ooooh, let me know what you think of it! That looks so great.

So cute!! Lisa

Thanks:)

how about a DOD for every page we start (not finish?)
Yup, would still be sober here:lmao: how about a DOD for every time we consider bringing out the supplies and scrapping:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Noticing lots of us from the Pacific NW. Now, I know there is no way we outnumber the Cali group, but we shouldn't let them have all the fun with their meets, right?! :rotfl2:

Also, I have a general ?????.....since my dd (8.5) won't know about the cruise until December, will she still get a chance to know some of the other kids off this thread? You know, another OCD planner, worried that her dd won't get enough time to chat on-line with only 5 months left!!! Are there many 8/9 year olds chatting already???:confused3 Not that I would break my silence about the cruise just to allow her to chat :rotfl2: She is just a shy kiddo and I really want her to get a chance to know some kids before we set sail.

Ryan tried the chat thing and for him it didn't work. He's doesn't know the keyboard very well and it took him forever to type anything so he got frustrated and gave up. (I'm not always available to do it for him.) However, he makes friends real fast, like most kids, and I think once they get onboard and meet one another it'll all work out..........

Now at that pool date, are the mom's indulging in DOD's?! :rotfl2: I think if we set something up in the first few days, the rest of the cruise the kids will be off and going on their own.

WONDERFUL idea.....DODing it all the way, kids will play........

...I've got it! that's what my contribution will be to the cruise....classes in British vernacular & slang!;)
At last, I finally might be able to learn a second language! I failed miserably at Spanish...:lmao:

I guess I better get on the ball ordering my fish extender....this cruise is right around the corner!

THAT would make a good tag!

So - which set did you get? Plasma, LCD, LCD rear projection or ??? Was it a 720p or 1080p set? Mine is a somewhat older set already an 18 month old design that is discontinued; an Epson Livingstation 57". It uses 3 1" LCD micorpanels for rear projection with improved balck levels and NO spinning color wheel - thus elimenating the rainbow effect. I have 2 spare bulbs - so in thoery I am equipped for 24-30,000 hours of use - or at an estimated 24-30 hours of viewing a week this translates into roughly 1000 weeks of use - or near 20 years of viewing! OR ... if my average viewing time is closer to 48-60 hours a week (not possible) then I have 10 years of viewing. Plus - the Livingstation was supposedly the 1st multimedia convergence HDTV of it's type with an intergrated digital imaging feature set. It has an dye-sublimation photo printer, CD RW drive and photo handling firmware to take memory cards directly to make 4x6 prints viewed on the HD TV screen! As a digital photography enthusiast this has been a fun toy.

  :faint:
This is me :happytv: watching my 10 year old Sony!

Thought I would share a few pics as well :) ]

All your kids are adorable!:goodvibes

Better lower those expectations sistah! It's no where NEAR 'next best to the Grand"! But we will have fun and we each get our own bathroom!!!! :lmao:

THAT'S luxury!! Will there be bathrobes and chocolates on the pillow???:rotfl:

Just got back from my dentist appointment and I have to have a wisdom tooth pulled!!! BUMMER! But I'll get that all taken care of before DIS Meet time.
:scared1: Don't envy you! I had all of mine pulled before I was 25. Uppers were definitely easier than lowers...

HELLO!!!!! I've only popped on the board 2X since we've met and I can't keep up - how are yoU????

I'm glad to hear you'll be at the DIS meet with my sis. I'm sorry I can't join you two, I know it would be a blast! Hope all is well with the taxes! :cheer2: :yay:

Hi Peggy! Yes, wish you could be there! And I'm glad to have the tax meeting over with. Won't know for sure until they're done, but he said it looked like I would either break even or maybe get a little back--much better than paying!:goodvibes

I know I'll get shot for this, but I wish it would rain here. :umbrella: It's a bit cooler here today, only 71 instead of 81. :sunny: But we really NEED the rain!! :confused3

Karen

Same here! Relative humidity in single digits, and a controlled burn that got out of control! And it's only March!
:sad2: :sad2:

Hi All,

Just got back from having dinner with TXSleepingBeauty aka Kari is beautiful downtown Hesperia at the Bob's Big Boy!!! We talked we laughed, what a great person she is.

Laura

Like my get-together with ibouncetoo and TiggersPal--it's so neat to be making all these new friends! I can't wait till the DISmeet in May at DL!!!

Sweet dreams, Marilyn! :hippie: I'll chat with you in the AM!

Karen

Morning Karen!

I also have all four wisdom teeth, took years of fighting the pain. I hate the dentist, so now I have all four, wonder when mine will break down.

I had all 4 of mine out in 1977, when I was 29!!! We had general anaesthetics at the Dental surgery in those days. Now you have to go to hospital or have a local anaesthetic!!!:scared1:

Well, we're back up and I am still on my own!!!:sad1:

Looks a lovely day today, but the forecast is maybe a little snow on Sunday and colder next week.:sad2: Just when I thought spring had sprung! At least we had a taster.:yay: I have my washing out blowing in the breeze and I am going off to the gym. Did a great hoop class yesterday. The instructor is hoping to have us hooping on one leg.:scared1: :lmao: That should be fun!

Morning at last Marilyn!:)
Feeling a little fragile after such a late night...I'm just not used to it!:confused3
Becky sent me a message that she arrived safely in Latvia so I can relax a bit for a while now.

I'm off to Debenhams in a minute to look round their special sale...thoguht I may find something for my cruise :cool1: (the one this year that is!;))

Have a good day!
:hippie:

:rotfl2: No peeing on the rug!

He's really very house trained Holly........never on the rug!:lmao:

Already have it. A friend emailed it to me. I emailed it to some of the geeks, but they know me, so I knew they would take it OK (hope so anyway). If you get to see the picture, just know that it took me several glances to figure out what the problem was . . . that's all I'll say right now. Other than I just thought they were cute sweaters!

What does that say for me?:sad1:

:rotfl: I've seen this too on another Board I post on....:scared1: :rotfl:

So now maybe I Do want to visit this place? Do they do any re-enactments?

(Don't want to go blind though . . .)

Actually I've heard they do have re-enactments...bet its not quite like the original though!!!! :rotfl2:

hey - I do love horses...not so sure with my bells on though.

:lmao: what a great TAG line!!!!!!!:lmao:

Good morning!

Thirsty Thursday . . .

So it was in the 70's the last two days, and this morning we had freezing rain, which is now snow, and it looks like a blizzard outside.

Ohio - all four seasons in 24 hours.:sad1:

Thanks, looks like that'll be coming my way soon...more winter blahs...

That is so funny! Done like a true scrapbooker! Do you ever find yourself orchestrating a picture because you have the perfect stickers and paper for it?!?!

Our trip to WDW next week will be full of posed pics. Because I'm making the Scrapbook album ahead of time, I know I'll need 5 parade photos, 6 character photos, 4 horizontal, 2 vertical and so on. I'll probably be making a list.

I can see it now. "Wait put that fork down, I need this shot for page 6, Dining at Disney." :rotfl2:
