Sorry for jumping in, but we will also be staying at the Raddison on the 9th. Do You have room for 2 more adults and two kids for dinner @ Grills? Would love to have a chance to meet everyone before the cruise.

So for all of you staying on deck 2...is it bumpy? I've never stayed below deck 6 on any cruise ship. I have a gty 10 and those rooms are all over the ship, but mostly on deck2. Any advise?

Twice on deck 2. Both rooms were fine. We're on the Magic, any room is fine!

Lisa, I knew you would be as upset about this as I am. They found out that they really can't leave the kids home alone. They went away for a weekend without them and had some problems. So they're very upset about it too, but they had no choice, they had to cancel. We will miss them!

Regarding where to eat at DTD.....you could do Wolfgang Puck's and sit outside....you could put some tables together and have privacy and a good conversation environment.....just a thought.

Yes...the WP Express....the one near Rainforest. There is outside seating right near the door and well as farther over in the 'courtyard'. That's where we had our mini-meat with Monica and some of my Double Dip pals!

Another idea for a place that everyone may be able to get to is the GF cafe...it's pretty big inside and I think most people would be able to get to it pretty easily... Just take a bus to the MK and either the bus or the boat to the GF... has a nice menu too...

I'm just thinking space wise to fit people. (and DTD outside may not be good if it rains...)

It's not listed on WDW site yet, but MK closes at 7 pm so I think there may be a P&P party that night and the fireworks would be great to see from the GF...

I made your chicken pot pie from 50's Primetime, except I used some leftover turkey. It was yummer! I doubled it since I thought I was having company for dinner....but she did not show up so we have dinner for Wed already in the fridge.

I must have made quadruple! But when it comes to food I am always making SO MUCH MORE! I added my quirks, but the recipe was great I thought! But we needed someone to yell at us to get our elbows off the table!!

Oh Jan, I'm soooooo loving that...birthing season. I also think as a Mother I can double dip with that term, use it for myself and then again during my birthing season with the kids I birthed.... I feel like I just described myself as a whale. Where the heck is the tag fairy....

For us it would probably be easier to go to DTD and then a bus to the GF. In December, Amy, Sophia and I did the hotel tour from BCV to see the lobbies and the trees, etc. . Man, were we gone a LONG time using bus transportation. We are not newbies, and know our way around . . . took the monorail from Epcot to the TTC, walked to the Poly, monorail to GF, monorail to CR, bus to DTD, bus back to BCV. Took us the whole night just to do those three hotels.

The floor is still open for suggestions - I know we will want to be back to our room for our overnight stay with our Geek buddies too - we have 11 of us in a Grand Villa, and hopefully Dr. Hug and Angie nearby.

I know what you're talking about Nan....I changed names too. Before I got married I used Debbie with a short maiden name. Then I got married and got a long last name so I shortened the first name and just use Deb now. Also, my initials with my maiden name spell my name DEB so that's what I use for my signature with my married last name. It can be confusing to some, but it works for me.

Before when you asked Deb if she was going to the Kennedy Space Center, I answered automatically.....then realized that you weren't asking me. I have to get used to that.

Most call me Angie, my Mom calls me Angela Kay when I am in trouble, Dennis calls me either Ang or AnnieKay. I really answer to anything.
