WOOHOO! I hope they do that again! Sounds like the Quiet Cove pool wasn't very quiet that day! I never even knew they did that because I couldn't keep Tyler in the club long enough to see what the adult activities are like. If they have something like that on this cruise, I'll be there!

They usually have it everyday at sea. It's always listed on the navigator as pool games with the cruise staff at the quiet cove pool. I always end up involved in some ridiculous game!! I'm sure I'll be playing again on this one.

Cool!! The only things I really paid attention to in the Navigators are things for kids and families, but this time will be a whole different cruise! I'll need some of you adult activity pros to show me the ropes!

I can definetly help you with that!! I was so amazed how many great adult activities there were. I'm going on the cruise w/my mom & sister, my sister & I don't have kids. On our last cruise we did beer & martini tasting, it was a blast. I feel like such a vodka expert now, I'm always telling my friends how many times certain vodkas were distilled, noone can believe I learned these things on DCL. There are also great games at night in Rock N Bar D. I have all kinds of magical moments pins from participating in games.

Shopping's actually not the best, I like to go to the outlets in Orlando. I go to Tampa for work, usually just for the day to go to meetings. Once in a while I go to Busch Gardens. I don't have any children.

Have any of you DOD fans ever participated in the adult games at the Quiet Cove pool? I played one day and we got a pretty big bucket of the DOD and 4 straws and we had a drinking contest against 4 guys. The girls won, of course. It's really fun and a great way to get a free drink! The only problem I had was trying to dive in to find the buried treasure at the bottom of the pool after drinking so fast.

I just won a trip to The BREAKERS in West Palm Beach! I hear it is supposed to be awesome!!

It is beautiful there!! Don't let the people at The Breakers hear you call it West Palm Beach though, it's in "Palm Beach" or as the locals say "I live over on the island." I sit just south of the Breakers when I go to the beach, it's very peaceful there. I know a couple of people who work at the Breakers, lots of celebrities go there.

With the thought that it really does give the info of who we are what we look like and when we will all be away from home for 15 days, we think the password is a good idea.

I too prefer it being password protected since there is a lot of info, etc.

Welcome aboard!! DH and I are also empty nesters and this will be our 4th DCL cruise. Lot of terrific people on this cruise. Just jump right in. Be sure you read the first page as it has a whole list of cruisers.

Welcome aboard! We are a couple travelling without the kids too (for the fourth cruise!). My DS has only just paid attention enough to figure out that cruises feed you 24 hours a day for free! Disney is not his thing since his last trip at 14. Now that's he's 20 he's finally coming around but is busy with university and work (he's in the Reserves here).

Haven't thought about that yet. Anyone have a good one they can recommend?
