HI THERE!!!! IT's MARCH 30th and you know what that means!!!!

I'm having a mini break in my wonderul day of celebration.

I slept in and joined my pals Venetia and Bubba (and the rest of the gabby three and children and sis) for breakfast at Storytellers.

We had a wonderful time and it was such a honor to have everyone come and play with me today. You are great friends

After breakfast we went to CA Adventure and did a few rides, said bye bye to V&B and then went to Dland and rode somemore and then we waved good bye to the gabby 2 and kids to ride home. Then Lee and I did a bit of shopping and just stopped at the PP bar and brought a before dinner before dinner drink (get it, this is the first of a few) we head to Napa Rose for din at 6:30 yum!!!

Wilson took 2nd in his race and he was jazzed. I miss my boys But I'll see them tomorrow night.

Going to go back and read now, doubt that I'll get all caught up but eventually I will, as I need to know it ALL....

Hey all DH is gone again. I think we need to have a club of people whose spouse can claim residents in many other states and countries. If I did not like him so much it would be fine. Dang,

We saw Enchanted and that is just about the cutest movie!!! Do you think they will have stuff from that movie in the parks and on the ship? I think DD is going to do her new showcase skating routine to Ever After in a dress with big sleeves and a wand.. Her coach is trying to work it out.

I went to an auction last night for our University Athletics Dept... They had a framed grouping of Hannah Montana posters and it was signed. Min Bid $400.

Anyone get a cat 3 that was waitlisted yet? i am soo discouraged.

I spent many hours today w/ Will & Mick.....Mick is definately a good luck charm! He picked out lots of tops and pants....most that actually looked good and fit well. I definately spent more $ than I usually do on clothes, but it's ok cuz I can wear all the outfits after I get home. SO...now all I have to buy are a few more shorts, and maybe a pair of shoes (or 2) and them I'm done!!! Everything is now in the guest room----waiting for when I decide to pack them.

We hit Dillards & Macy's....then lunch at Panera (yum!)

Now I'm watching "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" before heading over to PBS for "Sense & Sensibility" at 9pm. (Family is at WDW )

Sounds like a great day! I'd better wander into the other room and turn on PBS...don't want to miss while DISing.

Also, had no luck on the Danny Kaye assigment, but I won't give up!

Had a three hour nap this afternoon, and the cough is much better...HOWEVER, I've been sneezing and blowing my nose all evening. Aren't those cold manifistations supposed to go in the reverse order???

Well, all that energy spent avoiding completing my taxes had also made me forget to mail my mortgage payment!!! Good thing it's not 'really' due till the 15th.

Sure is quiet here tonight..I am having fun watching my Nationals on ESPN in their new home. I love the way they have the center field mowed!!

It is so cold out..I don't know how those guys can play baseball...guess that is why they get the big bucks!!

Well DH worked all weekend so the DK and I had a relaxing weekend yesterday they rode bikes and we went to the $300 store for shopping and lunch (yes the hot dogs) today we watched a movie played monopoly and watched the History Channel Panama Canal DVD(thanks Woody for the tip I got to buy it on sale....thanks ). DK watched half and I watched the whole thing....they liked the first part and end part the middle was about the wars going on etc... so at 7 and 5 it was a little over their heads the whole war thing so they went into the other room to play more Monopoly. DD is sick again thinking its either ear infection or asthma??? will have to take her to Dr. tommorow sometime and she misses school love how I pay tuition and she's never there....the month I pay for her and she won't be attending a day that month I could use the extra $ on this trip.

Question-bug repellent is that a must watching the DVD on the canal made me paranoid about mosquitoes and I don't know if there is a season where they are better or worse and if its when we are there. Bug repellent seems like a good idea

Great picture. We loved Hartstrings (girls stuff I think) and Kitestrings (boys stuff) if I remember that correctly......about 4 years ago both girls told me..."Sorry mom you will have to wait for grandchildren to buy any more of these clothes!!"

Nordstroms carries this brand on the East Coast and the Outlet mall by the beach house has a Hartstrings outlet (also Kitestrings)...75% off most things..

Has anyone stayed at Caribbean Beach....the pool will be closed before our cruise....should I stay here? I have never stayed at this resort and have always wanted to.....

Would rather stay at Boardwalk....but not available all weekend...

The Old Port Royale feature pool will be under refurbishment from Jan 7 through mid-September 2008. There are six other pools available, and waterslides for children are being added at the Barbados and Jamaica village pools. In addition, enhanced children's recreation activities will be offered during the refurbishment.
