I think we should all chip in and have Shirley send him a fruit basket!!! & a bit thank you from all of us who overpack!!!

OK you are gonna think I am nuts but I already ordered something online and set the date to be delivered right before our sail date. I am always very good to those that are good to me. :thumbsup2

Did anyone every hear from Elizabeth: txaggie94gigem? I sent her a letter over a week ago. A real letter with a stamp and everything.

Ok thanks for clearing this up for me :thumbsup2 Does this apply if I was to bring the bottle of wine to an adult venue in the evening to share with friends? I supose they could not enforce something like that. :confused3

We'll meet ya just outside the door, as to not look like totally white white trash...I'll be the one with the BIG cup

okay, whatever, just get these notions outta your head by the time we are on the boat, or you have to find another dinner mate :scared1: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

LOL in my everyday life I am so rushed all the time that I do not eat as healthy as I should. I am going to try and make it more important for both the kids and I. I will for sure piggy it up on the cruise :) but want an everyday change at home.

LMAO I will be the one trying to aquire a full set of 12 wine glasses in my state room....

Remember Nan to save the free plastic cups they give you!! :lmao:

didn't ya see the Bubba cup from earlier today?? I was thinking they were perfect white trash to add to our table. Shall I order them for us ladies???:lmao: They do come in lime green, I saw them on the website.:rotfl:

Ya, that will definately make us stand out!

I have cut your post to what I wish to respond to. Please note this is not all of Lisa's comments.

Ok, no diet, no good for me. Might be good for some, but that is mostly my goal.

Tired isn't going to work for me either. I already have a low threshold on this issue, found out today that my thyroid is still low, having to increase my drugs on this topic. I also have work pressures that can be unpredictable and have to work when it's there regardless of the time of day or night.

Headaches are the actual deal breaker. I have migraines so I can't layer more on top of that.

Thank you for the honest feedback. The benefits do sound valueable, but not worth the trade offs for me at this time in my life.

Nan... Dr. Oz on Oprah said it doesn't work... but it does get more veggies in you...

Nan kept the hair and is attempting to weave it back onto Mollys head as we type :lmao: ok maybe not but a funny thought.........

CRAZY GLUE... she wants it to last!!!

If I'm at another table... can I have one???

I have gotten a couple PM's from her. She is in charge of a couple days. Lisa

My mom wanted me to get it cut around the time of the Dorothy Hammill look... I did... found out I had wavy hair instead of straight... My hair hasn't been the same since (probably never was...) Of course she took me to HER beauty parlor (definately NOT a salon where they still used that pink tape...:sad2: )

I had a Dorothy Hamill cut too!! Last time my hair was short :thumbsup2

I know we have a lot of people who have had loss over the year, as well as those that have lost their spouses in recent years. I hope no one is hurt that I am posting this fund information; Tammy was very reluctant for me to do so. However, given the incredible close timing, I thought the act of giving may help her, as well as help each of us as we struggle with this thing called life. Anyway....to the point...

I've been PMing Tammy and after much reluctance on her part, she has agreed for me to post the fund information I found on my own through a google search. First, I'd like to quote a little bit about Tammy's DH - from her words and some others:

Nader was an avid golfer and sports fan, a loving husband, father, son and brother. He was known for his kind heart and great sense of humor. As the service manager for a very popular restaurant, he met many many people from all walks of life and he was friendly and always did the right thing to the best of his ability. He always visited every table and personally greeting every diner at the restaurant. He was remembered and respected by many. All of this impact, and they only moved to their town in June 2006. He was a humble man and never would have believed how much he was loved and how much he is missed. He was taken from this life while working late at his restaurant, supporting his wife and children.

A fund has been established called the Nader Bahmanziari Memorial Fund. The fund will benefit Tammy and her children, Chris & Layla. The address to send donations to is Pinnacle Bank, 1745 Memorial Blvd., Murfreesboro, Tenn., 37129.

As mentioned several times, Tammy was reluctant for me to post this, and wants to stress that she is not asking anyone to donate to this fund. It was with my encouragement she is allowing me to post this.

Lisa

EDIT: DIS moderator has stated that she is ok to post this for now, but I do need to clear it through the main administratorto make sure it is ok to have this posted. Please write down the information as we may need to take it down. I'll keep you posted! Thanks, Lisa

OK so I bought this lime green dress. What do you guys think about jewelry?

Being in the jewelry business and personally helping people with their wardrobes for over 4 years now I would suggest wearing just bigger earrings - hoops or chandeliers with cz's (or diamonds in you have the money....I only buy cz's) and a glitzy bracelet! I wouldn't take away from what looks like jewels at the neckline area! Otherwise if you really want to wear a necklace keep it very simple! Hope this helps!!!

I know Holly sells jewelry too and probably has wonderful ideas too!!! Hope this helps!!!

I've looked at this again, and I have to say that it's growing on me (like mold...):rotfl2:

Why are you laughing? This is my formal dress. You need to shut up since you haven't sent any pictures of yours.
