I haven't packed a thing. I have a bunch of crap everywhere in my guest room and I keep walking by and thinking that's the next thing I'm going to do . . . fold stuff so I know what I have. But it's so bad that I actually have closed the door so I don't have to look in there!! The house is so neat and clean and then I look in there and cringe!

We don't have a spare room Nothing is neat anywhere. When I pack something, I write it down so I know I didn't forget it (only because I would unpack it to see if it was there). Now everything will be SUPER wrinkled but it will be done! I've never cruised, can you tell.

Hello all! My docs will be here on Friday. Of course, I won't be around to sign for them...cross that bridge when I get there. Maybe I can have them delivered to my office.

Anyway...starting to make my list of to-dos for 5/9. Buying toiletries, etc. in Florida as I don't want to drag all that on the plane. Finding a convenient Sonic for grease-on-the-go that we don't have here at home. I just found the new WalMart that is north of the airport. I saw it when I was flying in last month and again this past weekend. It's very new! So I think I can pickup my stuff there. There is a WalMart on Merrit Island but I like new stores so that sounds like an adventure to me.

The wine is already in FL, I forgot to pack the mix for Amaretto sours so I'll drag that down next month. Have to buy the Amaretto, too. Saw the cutest little Mickey Mexican hat antenna toppers and then conveniently forgot to buy one before I left yesterday. Will have to pick up one of those as well.

Sooo many things to do...I hope work survives without me. I am finding it hard to care though. Doing my best to replicate myself via 3 other people. I told them they are welcome to call me...at $8/minute. That will be one expensive message they leave!

On his way back to Blacksburg yesterday, Daniel paid $3.09 per gallon yesterday!!

Here in Centreville, it is about $3.40 per gallon

I filled up today for $4.09 a gallon!

It was $3.42 to fill-up in Orlando yesterday. I was *so* excited to have rented a Prius. We drove over 100 miles and only put in 2.3 gallons. I drive a Highlander Hybrid so I was way excited to drive its older cousin...once I figured out how to turn on the stupid thing. We averaged over 50mpg.
