There is no way I will catch up on the last couple of days. Just checking in here from somewhere in Delaware.....Newark I think. My uncle has made the trip fine so far, we still have a couple of days before we return home. Memorial (wake) was today. Now just a day to visit with my cousins wife and kids and then home.....where I wish I were now.

We're with you Angie, you're not alone! Hang in there and be strong for everyone.....only 36 days til we're walking onboard.

I just had some time to check out the DCL site

and I thought I would check out if any staterooms were available

the mystery cat 4 on deck 8 and a cat 5 on deck 7....both ......drum roll please.....GTY

Goodmorning all, Woke up very early and started printing out badges for our lanyards. I've been trying to print about 30 per day, I think I'm making a dent in the list. I'm getting ready for a huge business trip, doing a presentation based on our new book. Then 5th b'day, then we leave. It's coming fast. :

Well I haven't been feeling like cooking much lately but tonight I put together a 7 layer salad (more like 14 when I got through with it), twice stuffed baked potatoes adn the steaks are marinating for John to grill. He and the girls are outside playing ball so I will check in later!

I looked a little while ago and the CAT 4 was still there....I just find that so strange.....

Just Disney getting smart. If they have unsold cabins in the higher categories, they can just sell guarantees and upgrade as they need. They do this with the magical rates, EXCEPT, the magical rates are the category 12's. Much lower price. They know that this sailing will sell out at any price, therefore they are maximizing revenue by selling the category 4 gty instead of 12. That is what I booked a couple of weeks ago, so the strategy certainly got a chunk of money from me.

Thanks for letting me know you are the book drop for donations to CMs. I may have some by then!

PJ: Can we get this posted on the BLOG site too? Two kinds of book drops--one for other cruisers and one for CMs.

On prior cruises, we had a book drop where we could exchange during the cruise, and on the last day everything left (books and magazines) was donated to the cast members.

Paul wants you to know that he doesn't know sign language and he certainly doesn't know Scottish sign language, but he plans on drinking with you and will get along with you just fine doing that.

(I talked with him and the kids about the space place visit and told them your boys might be going) should I find us a shuttle from the MCO? Is it just your 2 boys, would they want to ride with us?

It would be not problem for Paul to be with my husband Ian and his friend David. We are staying at Raddison for two nights before our Cruise

And and I don't have two boys but I have son Keith 11 and deaf daughter Olivia is 8. (Watch out your son Wilson same age as Olivia she like boys). Anyway, men and Keith are going to shuttle on Friday but not sure about Olivia as Alison and I with Olivia are in swimming pool area depend what the weather be. We will have cocktails and fun with sun. Then we will meet at fishlip.

Or either men will meet Paul at the Cruise for beer whatever.

We got our ressies for the grand Californian for the 25th. We will get to see some of you cruisers again! hooray! oh, should we take Disney trasportation from the port to DL or take a taxi or get our own driver?

Do they have DME at Disneyland?
I wonder if Enterprise will bring our car to the GC rsort?
Now I just have to make sure there's no CM blackout on Sunday or Monday. It's Memorial Day weekend, isn't it?
I think I had better post these questions on the new thread......
