OOPS, just realized I posted $2 for giving and it should be an additional $2K for annual giving. Yep, its expensive here alright!!! The high school is up to $27K and some of the Kinders in LA and NYC are up to $30K. The school fundraising brings in about $400K each year from the school fair, silent auction etc.

The other lawyer I used to work for here left our firm and went to the firm where the guys I just applied to recently left from. I e-mailed him this morning and asked him if I could use him as a resume (I already knew I could because we’ve stayed in touch as friends) and his response was, “What’s their contact info?” I gave it to him and he told me HE’S going to call THEM (because he knows them) and say, “Hey, my former secretary faxed her resume to you this morning and I think you should really take a look at it and consider her”, etc. HOW COOL IS THAT?!

So everybody books Palo first.....Ohhhhh, I see why there's so few choices left for me when I go to book.....or none at all.

So the booking order is :

Palo, excursions, spas

I'm learning.

Even Palo has an order though - do brunch first then tea then dinners. Brunch is only offered on sea days where as dinner is offered everyday so there are a few more chances for it.

Me three....waiting on 2 W-2s then off it goes! My accountant is still in MD, so I have to mail it up to him. I'll have to get it to him asap so that I can get the refund back asap.


RE: Underwater camera - I gave myself a Sealife Land & Sea camera - it works out of the casing, but I decided to keep that one just for the underwater shots (just in case). The link gives you a good idea of what I have, but I think it's one step down from this....

I'm thinking for the spa...I'll just see what the daily specials are (as I'm a little cheap when it comes to spa spending). They have good deals on port days! I am, however, seriously considering the Rainforest package...I may go one day since I've never been, then upgrade to the package.

I think this is my spa plan too.

I don't think so. Let's hope not, cause there was some great info there. Even thought it would take some digging to find.

I spent about 30 minutes the other night going through all of your posts looking for the africam website link - I apparently never added it to favorites when it changed and I cleaned out our histroy and cookies before I discovered it.

I did find it so all is good - Darrell is watching now too! Though he mostly watches in the morning and I mostly watch at night. Lot of activity on there right now.
