Tom, thanks for posting the reply from DCL.

There was only me online for our own reservation that night and it took me 5and quarter hours to get just one reservation so does that mean all the linked folk trying to book at once blocked everybody else?

Some one else already told you "Drink of the Day" my favorite is the "tropical Depression" and of course DEB's is the "BBC" but I like to try all of them!!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Tell him we promise not to bite.:rotfl: :rotfl:

morning sweetie, very glad to see you feeling better:hug:

Can we try this at EPCOT

Hi baby, how about I drive my little DW go cart like I always get and you can get the segway and we can go all the way around the world!

LOVE THIS IDEA!!!!! I will help however I can, being that I am one of the newcomers. We have taken a "traveling year" this year for school. So far, we've made it to 12 states, and when we hit California, we are driving home to Georgia. Gonna try to see the sights of Route 66, etc. Anyway...GREAT IDEA!!!

MY FIRST SERIOUS POST - Not that you do not have enough to organize but....on our November 2005 cruise, we had a "kids meet event" for the kids mostly in school. Each kid brought postcards from thei state or local area. On the back of the postcard a greeting was writtten, many inlcuded the state birds, motto and other news. We had a map of the US (for this cruise it owuld need to be the world) and part of the fun was to see how many states could be colored in - many children had not met so many others from different parts of the states. This information was then used in a school report. Most folks went to the local Dollar stores for postcards. There were not as many Dissers and I participated (no kids) and my cards were generic views of Florida - flowers, fish, dolphins, views of the city etc. It was fun to see the little ones going around and exchanging post cards. Webistes list the various songs, mottos, mascots of the state and some folks printed these and pasted them to the back. A screen name was included for reference. Just a thought - it could be a kids scrap book - or authograph book, along with greetings from the kids friends they meet on the cruise. I still have my postcards somewhere.

OK BACK TO CHATTING NOW.

NP.

I just take it as a bunch of double speak. They don't have capacity for large demands like this and its only a few times a year, e.g. Jan 31 booking opening, the WB and EB cruises where there is a higher Castaway Club population on ship....

I was just talking about this the other day.....dreaming of this cruise has gotten me through some pretty rough/stressful times over the last year....what am I going to do when I don't have this to plan anymore:sad1:

Book another one.:rotfl: That's what I plan on doing. It may just be a dummy date, but I can still plan for someday, sometime.:thumbsup2

Shall we think about the new ship and being the first to sail on it in 2011? That would be fun.
Lisa

That's my plan. 2011 is a big birthday for Bubba and I think it would be the perfect way to celebrate.:woohoo:

Bye John

Well that is what I was thinking to be honest.

. . . We are living in EDINBURGH - Capital of Scotland
We loved visiting Edinburgh. It's very visitor friendly. Took the bus from the airport to Waverly Station, checked our bags, then explored on foot. DW made me go see the statue of Greyfriar's Bobby in the rain! Had a lovely dinner at Wee Windows.

We hope to return one day for the Edinburgh Festival.

Good Morning Thieves!!! The sun is shining and I'm feeling so much better. It's been a tough week of chronic pain. I have a whole list of illnesses and I just had a flare up. I hurt from head to toe right to the bone. It was hard to sit, stand, sleep or move. I was taking pain killers and muscle relaxers which knocked me out. I'm so glad it's over for now.

I'll be good to go on our cruise because I'll be taking steroids temporarily while on vacation. They will reduce the inflamation and pain and give me energy. I can't stay on them permanently, but I do use them for vacation. So I am doing better today and will be great on the boat.

It's the last day of February today.....starting tomorrow it's just 2 months and 10 days to go......just 2 months people.....and we're there!! Now I'm getting even more excited because after waiting over a year, 2 months is nothing and will go very quickly.

:cool1: :cool1:

Deb, many  to you. Glad you are feeling better. We missed you.:grouphug:

Geez, if I'd have realize you were a begger on the streets of New Orleans Square I would have planned to come over and walk around with you this morning. Unfortunately, too much work this am from sneaking off on Wed.
Don't you just hate how work gets in the way of doing other things? Hopefully another time.

Woody

I can't WAIT to talk about this at work today...one fantastic episode. I was so wishing I had someone here with me during the auction scene...I was jumping up and down on the couch. For those who still have to view it...PAY ATTENTION.

Oh, now I have to go back and watch that part, I did not pay attention.:confused3 I must have missed something.

Hi Monica.....I mis shoed you too!! It's great to be back here and to feel good again. I was really hurting and grumpy and not happy. Now I'm better and it feels great!

We tried cutting off the champagne girls at 40 but I think we stopped at just over the 40 mark, so I would say let's let everyone come. I'm going to update and post the list today. I need to give it to Linda/seaulater to put little champagne glasses next to all the girls names who are coming.....in the mini nav. How cool is that!

:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: on that!

RE: Champagne Girls - can I know the exact nbr please?? Trying to see if I can do a little surprise :flower3:

Online checkin is done now. I have to say.....I got all the palo's and excursions and spas that I wanted. No problems, got everything. It just took until 5:30am to do it and it was done by 6:00am. I got nothing but fish from midnight til 5:30.

Lisa/G520 since we're connected by dinner table, did you go offline at 5:30am? Is that why I could do it easily then? Personally, I just think it crashed because it was on overload.....by 5:30am everyone got off and it worked beautifully.

Same with us, will book dummy date but want for 2010?

That's my plan. 2011 is a big birthday for Bubba and I think it would be the perfect way to celebrate.:woohoo:

That is my big birthday for 2011 too :thumbsup2 hopeful new ship is ready for us:thumbsup2

Just did a manual count and there are 41 girls total. KrisAnnB I took you off the wait list and added you in because you were the only one on the waitlist. So you're official now....add the logo to your signature and make a tee shirt with it on....in pink and wear it to the party on PC crossing day at 4:00 pm.

Deb

I got palo, excursions everything is fine, apart from High Tea is 3 pm, I want 1 pm. I will check it when go on the Cruise.

Alison and David never got the palo as they want themselves but I expected that it was none left.

They come with us to brunch and high tea. So they will find out when we are on the cruise to see if any palo left for them.

Looking forward to Pink Champagne:thumbsup2

Hi Deborah, DCL only does high tea once a day at 3:00pm.....so that's when everybody gets it.

That's a good idea, check with Rockn Bar D.

We're going to have such a great time and what a party!!!
