ok, back from the doc....both check ups went well, Samantha got four shots for K, she screamed!
we then went and got their passport photos and applied for them as well. 4-6 weeks is what we were told.

my eye is killing me, not sure what I did to it. John will go apply on Friday...I had to take notarized forms since he wasn't with us.
Finally got the girls dresses and flops today...been a while

I got a cruising mag last month and it listed all the new ships and shipyards they were being built....For Disney it said 2011 and 2012! :confused3 I know Disney said 2010 and 2011....wonder who will be right!

2011 and 2012 is what they announced from the get go

Feeling a bit under the weather today.

I woke up at about 3:30 AM with a stomach ache. I think it was brewing because I was sleeping really poorly prior to that.

I felt awful this morning and still do, achy and weak.

I probably should have stayed home, but I don't want to use the PTO time. In all honesty, I preferred when we had sick time.

I just need to make it through until 4PM and then I'll go home early.

On a rather positive note, Mrs. Bennett has arrived in Louisville, KY. She is that much closer to Chicago. I wonder if she'll be delivered tomorrow.

Oh, and by the way, Margaret and Ethel said "hi" this morning to all of you.

.

Hope you're feeling better!

OH my gosh, these pics are SO CUTE!

Hi, miss you guys. Well, we had to admit Frank (DFIL) back into the hospital this morning. I am sitting at his bedside now typing on the bberry. He has a very sick stomach and a high fever. They think it is his gall bladder. While in the emergency room he got the worst case of the hiccups and they have given some drugs but he still has the hiccups.

His roommate is crazy. He is screaming and yelling all kinds of crazy stuff. He looks like he is very old and very sick. He should be in a private room. The nurse said they are trying to get an order for meds to calm him. Oh what a nightmare.
Lisa
Lisa, so sorry about Frank's latest ailment. I hope his crazy roommate is gone by now that that Frank recovers quickly.

Are the LB's metal??? They look plastic to me...

They have enough room for all of us????

They probably are plastic so I'll bring waterproof tape.

There are 90 villas - 3 bedrooms each - we should be able to squeeze in. $3500 a night!

Ian,

Please give Maggie and Ethel my regards and wishes for continued good health. Hope that Mrs Bennett makes it home soon.

No doubt all th physical stress this AM is the cause of your not feeling well, (maybe you should just stay with the salting the walks and forget the cows and hogs.) :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Thanks for the LAUGH!!!!!

Doug

Time for bed. Took me an hour and a half to clear snow tonight. That was AFTER I had to fix the blower. It started revving really high - I thought it was going to blow up! It is a Deere two stroke single stage blower. I called the hardware store, and they thought it was the throttle governor. I went back out to the garage with a wrench with Amy yelling "you're not a mechanic!"

As it turns out, it was the muffler - it had shaken so bad, that the two long bolts that hold it over the engine head had completely vibrated off. Simple fix.

The snow that fell today was really wet and really heavy. It took several passes to clear the drive and the walks.

Night all!
I can't believe how much snow you're getting down there John! Is this amount normal for you?

That's Linda (seaulater's daughter's friend) but I'll watch tonight too and see who that is too!!!

I just realized that when I signed on tonight. Now y'all know why I don't post much, I can't keep it all straight. :confused3

No but my grandfather did... he named his car BEDELIA and now my car is BDELIA (it's what I could get on my license plate...) Nobody else in the family remembered it but I did... I guess I just had something special...

Michelle, loved it!

Naming your inanimate objects shows a certain amount of class!

My first car, a 1983 Nissan Sentra (I did not learn to drive until I was 27 years old and moved to Chicago) had a name. His name was Yussel.

You must be kidding . . .

Genius BAR, Genius BAR . . . NOT Table!

Oh yeah, making those guys wear black pants and white shirts with pocket protectors and driving a new bug that looks like a police car is way cool? NOT.

I think you guys are starting to just bait me . . .

John,

Remember this is all being caused by GLOBAL WARMING and we will all be living in a tropical climat soon. So put a FOR SALE sign on that snow blower and relax.:cool1: :thumbsup2 :cool1:
