Yes, I went this morning. I love that doctor. He said to keep wrapping it with the burn cream until it clears up again, but then we're going to have to work on the edema and why we have it because it's causing the cellulitis to keep coming back. He told me to think about getting a boot to wear 2 hours a day that will help with my circulation and hopefully the edema. I told him I would call him back about getting it soon.

I have a strange question that I'm sure has been answered somewhere in these posts but I can't figure it out so here goes! It looks like you guys have some things planned on the first page of this thread, do you already have specific times in mind? I know a lot of you already planned excursions and other things and we will be able to soon. I'm not sure when I should make them because I wanted to be involved in some of the group activities. And it looks like you need someone to lead the poker, what does that entail? We want to play but don't really know what to do. Would we make the rules or is there a standard thing that all Disney Cruisers do? And he is worried that the ship won't let us bring our chips on board. Does anyone know any of these things? I need to have something planned because I'm not sure if I can stay up all night on day 75 like you guys did!!!!!!

Gydell, glad to see you back. I absolutely will listen to the doctor. I really like him and he seems to know just what to do to fix things. So I'll be calling him tomorrow and getting my boot!

BTW, all the Lifeboat tees are done. They look marvelous! I'm not going back out again today so they won't get in the mail until tomorrow or if we get the 7+ inches of snow that's supposed to come tomorrow, then I'll mail them out on Wed. Either way, you should have them by the end of the week. They really did come out good. I just have to say that I think the sizes on the tees are running a little small. So if anyone wants to upgrade to the next size, it's not a problem. Just let me know and I can resend the next size up. Mine fits me, but tightly not loosely. It depends on how you like to wear them.

I have DIS green shorts that I'm going to wear with my Lifeboat Crew tee. This will be my outfit to wear onboard.....so look for me in the terminal with that on. I'm going to love taking my pic in the tee. Thanks again so much PJ. I really really do love these shirts. I'll have one for you when we get onboard just to say thanks.

Gaylean, Bunco is on the calendar. And the calendar is live as soon as I get information for an event I upload and you all can see it. By the time we are ready to leave there should be lots listed in the calendar, and if you have an ipod/mac, you can download it and add it to iCal and sync with your ipod to bring along. Also most of this information will be added to the Mini Nav's that Linda is making for us.

Are you a won't book outside excursion person? I'd book the zipline on your own. If you really don't want to do that then go check cruisecritic. I think you can walk or take a short cab ride to the Krystal Resort and that they have stopped charging for day use. You could enjoy the pool and beach, the massages there come recommended and are probably a 1/4 of what DCL charges, have some lunch and walk back to the ship.

I'm the too lazy to book outside person. I figure we vacation like this to have one stop shopping. So if I can't get it at DCL then not worth the extra effort. Lazy huh?

We're well past the throwing up stage, fever has been gone since yesterday morning, but now the cough & sore throat is much worse. It's so horrible sounding. But he's eating a bit now. Since it had been almost 24 hours since he threw up, I agreed when he asked for a poptart. He only ate about 3/4 of it, but that's fine. Then at lunch he had a little mac & cheese. The kid is drinking milk like crazy though.

We even ventured out because I wanted to get Vicks, Mucinex, jello to try the jello drink, and a couple other things. Quick trip to Walgreens down the road. Trying to get him to take a nap with no luck. I'm assuming he'll just crash at some point. Not sure how long he should stay out of school though.

Since he has been on antibotics (usually 24 hours is the rule of thumb), he is most likely not contagious, so I'd just keep him home until he feels well enough to go back. Does that help at all?

I'd ask the doctor, I think the 24 rule works for things like strep but since the flu is viral, not the flu.

The antibiotics are for the double ear infection. Flu is viral, so antibiotics don't affect it. I spoke with the doc a bit ago and she said as long as he's coughing, he's contagious, but less since the fever broke. LOVELY.

I'll have to go back thru the list and ask about the RR....how many tasters, sippers and honorary members. The champagne response will be different from the RR response.

I for one will be a guzzler and an honorary member.....because I love one and don't like the other at all. I think it's great to have both so that we appeal to everyone's tastes. It's a good thing.
