Ok trying to book this as bethany REALLY wanted to do this, all they have is a 10 and 2. Anyone else doing those times? We are nervous too since weve never done a excursion on our own but this was the only other one she liked besides the pirate ship.
Think I will just do it as it seems this place is filling up too.

If you really want to be safe then I would book the 10am and know that you have to get up and off the ship early. We are booked for the 2:00 pm. I have seen both 4:00 and 4:45 as Magic's departure time and might have read something about being back an hour early? I expect that we will have to move quickly afterwards to get back to the ship but think we should have time. In the worse case we would cut the sea lions short, it came free with the dolphin swim which is the first priority.

We have only done excursions on our own on the last 3 cruises. This is not a place I am concerned at all about it, there is not a great distance between locations and as long as you watch the time, you should be fine.

Well heck, oldest DS said today that he wants to do the Stingray Adventure again with his brother and sister. He'd already done it so I only booked DH and the twins and their time is now full. There is no way I can face the 75 day booking madness just for one stingray slot, I think he may be out of luck.

ok, TMI for everyone else but us girls gotta know the facts. I gotta see the before and after and then I'll do it. I think this stuff is such hooey, but I'll believe it when I can see it...

Who is going to join me in getting the princess updo in the salon for formal night???

Ok call me crazy but I had thought those items would show up for booking too last night! I guess I know better now. So do we just walk in to the salon and book things we want? Do they ever fill up or sell out during the cruise? I am going to try and get in there for one updo and I have one pedicure booked before we get off the ship. Can't wander around Disneyland with bad looking toes! :rotfl:

ok had to go out tonight and now I am back home - I have PM from several people with their info to put into the spread sheet and I am going to go work on that now. I should have a copy to PJ in the morning for the web site.

So if you want to be on the lists just PM me with your info!

PM has been sent.

Thanks for doing this Krisann! It will be great to see who all is doing the same excursions as us from here! Just another way to get to know people!!

I get claustophobic are you ever left alone and wrapped up?

This is when they (the aliens) come in and abduct you :scared1:  never said the fear was rational :rotfl:

That is the reason I can't snorkel very well I feel trapped and smothered in the wide open huge ocean LOL.

Yes they book up for hair I'm sure on formal night(s). It's my first stop when we board. Last time I had Paul do Palos and Molly and I jetted to the spa. It is also the only time little girls can go into the spa, which was a big deal for her at 8. She wanted to see it. I think the peds are easier to get, since they aren't dependant on that speicific night.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and did it. We did the dolphin encounter last year in St maarten ( really anquilla) and it was great. She is going to be my marine biologist so I thought something different might be fun and she'll like the water park either way.

I have to add one ray of sunshine about the whole excursions fiasco. I could not book my kids into Dolphin kids last night/early morning. It would only allow me to add the kids and greyed my check box stating I did not meet the age requirements. However after adding the kids and hitting enter it gave me an error saying at least one adult needed to join the kids! What????? You mean I can't send my kids to Mexico alone to swim with the dolphins? :rotfl:

I called Disney bright and early 6am my time. I told the rep what was happening. She waited on hold to talk to someone who could help her. She took all my info down and said someone would call me Wednesday. So I figured nothing I can do about it and if I can't book then maybe nobody else can and the slots will still be there. I printed out my list of ressies earlier today with the full ressie numbers just incase something crashed on their end. Just now I see on the list I have the dolphin kids excursion!!! I didn't look over the list earlier as I assumed I knew where I was going.

That means I called 6 am my time and someone at DCL booked us into it before noon. Have no idea what rep did it but it is there and I am happy! Dominic gets to touch the dolphins!!!

Do you know how far the sea Life park is from where the port is? I couldnt find the distance at their website.

Good news. We did the dolphins in St Maaten. I loved it. I might try to do it again with Molly somewhere, but we'll look at it when we board. There doesn't seem to be anything that is fitting us right now.

I also fiddled around tonight and morphed our spa stuff. Got the Villa for Sunset at PV. :lovestruc I hope I can extend it to the 150 minutes from 120. I told Paul about CC massages and he said, will there be a cabana boy with drinks????:woohoo: oh ya!

I also changed our cabo stuff to 8:30am, yes I'll wake up. I realized that we can sleep in for ~10 days on the ship, so the port days we have to buck up and wake up early.

Paul and I just talked about Wilson needing to get to bed at a reasonable time to make it fun for us as a family, and yes he said he'd put him to bed and I can go out and PLAY with my girl friends  :woohoo:  This is gonna be such a great trip :woohoo: :3dglasses that's me wearing my sunglasses at night, so I can so I can....here come the 80s
