I think that seeing a psychologist who specializes in desensitization therapy will help. They specialize in helping people get over fears such as fear of heights, airplanes, etc. by carefully and gently exposing them to the fear a little at a time.

If it wasn’t for the 3 accidents probably causing the fear I’d have very different advice.

May I ask what state you are in? I would hate for it to be one of my company's drivers, lol.

Ok, we are in Georgia. All driving schools & driving instructors here have to be certified thru Ga. Dept. of Driver Services so we have some strict rules we are audited quarterly. Lots of rules & regulations that are a pain but necessary.
We have been super busy with teen driver's for the last couple years as Georgia has a grant out that pays for the 30 hours in the classroom & 6 hours behind the wheel training which is a blessing for a lot of parents that can't afford professional driving lessons for their child.
