Mattel The Lion King Simba's Pride purring lions plush set

I found some of my old plushies and I happened to find my set of Kiara and Kovu plushies from The Lion King II Simba's Pride. They were made by Mattel in 1998 and appear to make purring sounds when they are hugged or when you tilt their heads and I wonder if they are the most sought after The Lion King toys. I loved these plushies a lot and their purring sounds were so calm and soothing
