Massachusetts folks post here!!!

I was born and raised in Medford, and moved to Wakefield just over a year ago. So we got three Wakefield peole here so far. Maybe we need to have a Wakefield DIS meet. :)

Wakefield, Westborough...both 'W' towns. When's dinner?
Oh, born in Boston, moved to Dover, now in Westborough since '58. That's in central Mass for those of you who don't venture past 128.....right at Mass Pike, Rt 9 and 495!

Born and raised at the Kowloon - er, Saugus. After graduating college, lived in Lowell for a time, then Acton, and now Littleton.

I'm thinking if we are from Wakefield - we need to be more specific - Greenwood here. LOL

Our next trip home is next summer. My DS, BIL, and 3 nephews, will be joining us along with our Father. A weekend at VB, followed by a week at OKW, a weekend at the POLY, and then a week at HHI.

Don't know about any Chinese food in Disney, but we are partial to Billy Tse's of the North End of Boston and Revere. :dance3:

Me and my wife both grew up in Malden (one street apart!!!) and we now live in Tewksbury.

RSoxFan - my wife also went to school in Weston.

I went to Worcester Polytech. I made a lot of trips back and forth between Worcester and Weston on Rte 9. Those were the days .... :moped:

Cool! Did she go to Regis?

I have a cousin in Tewksbury. Small world! :thumbsup2

Yes she is a Regis girl! Class of 1990.

Me too! Class of 2005. What does she think of them going co-ed?

That reminds me of a story. Last November I was walking through Tomorrowland, near Buzz. I saw a family walking towards me (Mom, Dad, kid in a stroller). The Mom was wearing a regis sweatshirt. So of course I had to stop her. I just started talking to her like I knew her. We talked for a few minutes. My family couldn't believe it. My mom was like "You just interrupted a stranger's vacation." I said "No way. That was a Regis girl. We can always talk to each other." :rotfl:

Grew up in Holyoke (birthplace of Volleyball). Now live in Agawam which is the birthplace of Anne Sullivan (teacher of Helen Keller) and home to Six Flags New England. Near Springfield , home of the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Another one on the North Shore. Grew up in Burlington, MA (home of the Burlington Mall). Went to college in Boston (MassArt) and now live with my husband in Amesbury.

Hi All,

I grew up in Lakeville, but now reside in Assonet.
My husband grew up in Hanover.

We've lived in Arlington for years. I'm originally from Orange (none of you will know where that is) and my husband grew up in Plymouth.

I am from Marblehead, grew up here and then moved to New Hampshire for about 20 years, and have recently moved back.
The brave men of the now-General Glover’s Marblehead Regiment put their boating skills to the test again in 1776. On the evening of December 25, Glover’s Regiment rowed General George Washington across the stormy and treacherous waters of the Delaware River to surprise the English and Hessian troops in the Battle of Trenton.
