Watch this: Ummm I'm sorry, we know his father is an eccentric KKK supporter- WHY is he still in this country?? Or at the very least, why isn't he in jail.
See what I did there? Because its not illegal to be stupid and believe incorrect thoughts. it is illegal to harm others. it's also not illegal to buy and assault riffle. We can ask a ton of whys but bottom line is we know why and we do nothing about it. and if 6 year olds being shot in their school didn't make us stop and really, really call for a change, im sad to say and believe, nothing can.

It actually is illegal to buy an assault rifle, which is defined as a fully automatic, NOT a semi-automatic rifle. Which is what he used in this incident.

-6 patients have been released and 29 remain at ORMC. 11 other victims were taken to other hospitals (no indication as to what hospitals or when).

-5 remain in critical condition

And it's not always illegal to get your hands on an automatic weapon. In Vegas, I attended a class on fully automatic weapons. I was *given* twenty fully loaded fully automatic weapons, many armour piercing. From UMGs to P90s, from L85s to AK47s, I had unfettered access to them all. I could very well have picked one up, shot my instructor and EVERYBODY in the room before anyone could react oh-so-easily...

...and with all the nutters in the world, HOW IS THAT LEGAL?!

I'm not sure Paul. I'm thinking they may have been released yesterday, but I don't want to speculate. It has been stressed that NONE of the 53 injured have died.

I know to purchase one legally it takes a sit down with your local sheriff, $200 tax stamp, and a waiting period of anywhere from 6months to a year just to purchase an old automatic rifle pre1984(I think) and their expensive. But if your going to steal it You could also charge a military base and steal one, doesn't make it legal.

Yes you rented it. Presumably under their guidance. If they didn't adhere to the guidelines set forth that's on them. I honestly don't know all the ins and outs of it due to cost. To purchase a fully auto(again an old one) is quite pricey, and rare. Purchasing newer autos is basically only allowed in Hollywood and rental stores such as you visited, not allowed in general public.
