Marvel Superheroes Theme Park?

So... I was looking at a post in the news round up about Kong in Universal... and I saw a construction truck with Nassal on it. I'm beyond bored so I went to their website. It looks like they do a lot of constructions for parks, zoos, etc. I happened to be going through some photos and stumbled upon this.

At first I thought it was Universal, but quickly realized that it couldn't be. Then I thought Islands of Adventure, but that's not it either... so I tried to do some research but couldn't find anything other than this link: http://disneyparks.wikia.com/wiki/Marvel_Superheroes_Theme_Park which I guess kind of relates to it?

Just curious if anyone knows what this is from, as I couldn't figure it out myself! All I can see is that people keep giving it an expected opening date but I can't find an official website. Sorry in advance if this is old news!

This was another Marval theme park deal cut before Disney owned them. The whole park is "IMG Worlds of Adventure,"... a hodge-podge of licenses: Marvel, Cartoon Network and dinosaurs ... still under construction
