My sister has a chance to stay for free at Marriot's Imperial Palm Villas and was asking me if I ever heard of it. I am an admitted spoiled DVC member who would not even consider staying off site but the price is right for her and her family. Anyone have any feedback I can share with her? Thanks.

this is only 3-bedroom - so it is very nice.

now Royal Palms in the same area is not the resort it once was.

but so far the reviews on Imperial are still pretty nice.

to use the really neat pool - they must go to the hotel. These timeshares share activities with the hotel. It cost to park at the hotel. So tell your sister to take the hotel bus back and forth to the hotel.

I consider it for my May trip - but SSR won....

I know I am crazy - this is a 3-bedroom villa for a studio....
