1.He remembers our Anniversary every year.
2. He is a God fearing man
3. He is an awesome Dad
4. He is a great husband, friend, confidant, partner, provider,soulmate and all thee above.

6. Understands why I can't STANDDD HIS MOM AND HER MOM AND WHY THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MY HOME

CONS

7. DId I forget to say his EVILLLLLLLLLLL Grandmother grabbed me one time and I knocked the old bag In her hall closet I felt bad but she had no business putting her hands on me. Oh did I forget to tell you they are seeds of the Devil himself and they are EVIlllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

I like this thread.

Pros:

-My DH seems to know intuitively when I need to be hugged, or touched, or soothed, and when I need to be left alone.

-He has always been completely patient, charming, and loving with my family - not an easy thing to do with this group, trust me.

-He is hands-on father who truly loves his children. He has the ability to walk into a room inhabited by two unruly boys and restore order without so much as raising his voice.

-He tolerates my cats, and when I'm not looking, I see him playing with them and sometimes even petting them.

-He makes me laugh, all the time.

-He's polite. And kind. To everyone.

-He loves and honors his mother and father, but never puts them before his own family.

-He has amazing blue eyes, a beautiful smile, and is just pretty all around dreamy.

Cons:

-He is really into "projects" that tend to last years on end. The on-going project is a boat that he is building, no lie. The remarkable thing about this boat is its in my family room and has been there for close to a year. He tends to procrastinate.

-He never lets me bait him when I'm angry at him. (probably why we are still married, I think I need to move this to the pro category)

-He sucks at packing a suitcase or scrubbing a bathtub.

-He has a tendency to be too generous with people and has trouble saying no at times. Thats why he has me, I sure have no problem with it.

All in all, so many pros, very few cons. I'm always amazed that I got so lucky.

I hope I didn't come off as being an Inlaw hater but, I can truely say if I did not know the Lord, I could hate those women with a passion. I promised my kids I would neverrrrrr be that type of inlaw to their spouse's it is rediculous. I just don't understand why a mother hates it when their son is happy and doing well.
I Mean correct me if i am wrong but, when you have a son -this son becomes a man and chose a wife that he falls in love with and vice verse- they become one after they are married not three with the mother inlaw from HELLLL

Pros:
You have someone to warm up your cold feet at night in bed

A Big Shoulder to cry on

A dance partner at a wedding

Someone to get you ginger ale and chicken noodle soup when you're sick

Someone to go on those romantic vacations with

You don't have to re-light the hot water tank yourself

Cons:

His family that doesn't ever want him to have a day off

The wet towel that he always throws on my side of the bed after he showers

His snoring
