I thought Disney says you have to get a marriage license from either Orange County or Osceola County? So a license from Brevard County is also valid for a Disney (Lake Buena Vista) marriage?
I was just researching the idea of getting a license by mail. Both officiants I inquired for ceremony services offer the option of marriage license by mail for a $100 fee or so. I thought the bride and groom had to be present at the court house to pick up a license. If an officiant can do it for you without you being there, then what are they doing that we can't do ourselves?
I inquired to an Orange Country office whether I could apply for a license by mail and they said no. I hadn't gotten around to asking Osceola County, probably because their licenses cost more money.
We're arriving three days early before the wedding so there's plenty of time to get a license, hair and make-up trial run, any lost luggage to show up

and just relax.
EDIT:
Okay, never mind, I found the answer to my own question on Disney's web site. There are just so many planning details I can't remember everything I've come across. Disney only mentions the Orange and Osceola county courthouses, so I somehow thought we needed to get it from one or the other county.
Florida Marriage License Requirements:
Couples wishing to be married must obtain a marriage license at any County Courthouse in the State of Florida for use anywhere in the State of Florida. Blood tests are not required. Proper id entification is necessary, such as a driver’s license, certified copy of birth certificate, or passport. If a previous marriage ended in divorce within the past twelve (12) months outside the State of Florida, a copy of the divorce decree is required prior to the wedding ceremony.
There is no waiting period for out of state residents. A three (3) day waiting period is necessary for Florida Residents. The cost of the marriage license is $102.50 (subject to change without notice) payable by cash or money order. The marriage license will be issued at time of application, is valid immediately (with the exception of the three day waiting period for Florida Residents) and must be used within sixty (60) days. (Some Florida counties require a marriage license to be used within thirty days of issuance).
The Osceola and Orange County Courthouses are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm EST, excluding holidays. The courthouses will be closed on certain holidays throughout the year. We recommend calling ahead of time to verify hours of operation.
