Does this run all day? How long is the ride etc...?

The Mark Twain does not run all day. The hours vary based on the day of the week, time of year, expected park attendance and what time Fantasmic is scheduled (as they use the boat for the show)... For an example of the hours, this week it is was open from 9am-5:45pm Fri, Sat, Sun and 11am-6:45pm Mon-Thurs.

The ride itself is about 17 minutes, which includes loading and unloading time.

How about the Columbia?

The Columbia is only pulled out during peak crowd periods and is taken out even earlier than the Mark Twain when Fantasmic is showing as they need even more time to prepare it for the show. If Fantasmic is showing it's pulled into the Fowler's Inn Dock at about 4:30. If it is brought out for guests to ride, it's often not until around 11:00 am.
