HI there! WOW, you've been super busy lately!! I hope you get to really enjoy your weekend with your mom and sister!!

I am sure your house is more than ready to be put on the market!! You have been working your tush off getting it ready for a Long time! It will go fast, It will go fast!

You are 4 pounds from your goal!! You can slack on the Jenny Craig, but YOU WILL NOT put that weight back on!!! You've come too far!! You can do this!! Just remember to take care of yourself and try to strike a good balance and you'll be fine!

So, met with the real estate agent last night. It's official, my house is for sale!!

Oh girl, I am SO excited for you!!!!! Everything is falling into place. What a wonderful Mother's Day weekend you're gonna have. (gotta say, I'm a little jealous ) Seriously, can't wait to hear all about it!! Give them a hug from your yankee friend.

Not much else to say, but....

here's a quickie...
Mom got into town about 12:30....went to sonic for lunch...ate 1/2 a burger and a small sweet tea....went to the resale shops.. bought some pants....(size 8 & 10) ....came home....sister pulled into the driverway right ahead of us.....house was destroyed INSTANTLY....then went to Pottery Barn Outlet and walked around and touched stuff. Tomorrow we are going to do some staging in the house....decorating it to make it sell faster....we hope. Also going to do some more shopping....then go out to dinner....and no, i won't be good...it's mexican and i'm having a margurita...or 3!!!

THANK GOD IT'S MONDAY!!!
I can go to work and get some rest today!!!
It was non-stop all weekend!! Nothing relaxing about it at all!!!
Fri-resale shopped, the Pottery Barn Outlet & Lenny's for dinner. (keep in mind, my sister can spend 2 hours in a store....EASILY!!)
Saturday-out of the house at 8:30, Old Time Pottery (more house stuff)(2 hours), then Lowes, Hobby Lobby (2 hours),Marshalls, TJ Maxx, then finally Tuesday Morning....got back home around 4!!
Then mom & sis started staging the house w/ stuff we bought. Talk about a tornado hitting!!! The place was a warzone!! Well, they finally found a stopping point around 7:15....I sent them back to the hotel to get cleaned up and changed, then picked them up at 8 and we went for Mexican!!! I had a chicken & rice thing and 1 20 oz margurita! (mom had 2 14 oz margurita's and we had to pour her into bed!!)
Sunday-they went to wal-mart then got to the house around 10...did some more decorating stuff, then off to Old Time pottery again, Sonic for lunch , back home for more decorating. (sis was also making floral things for mom's house....she's very talented with the decorating stuff!!) Sis left around 4:30...mom and I sat on the patio and relaxed and visited for a few hours...very nice!!
Took her back to the hotel around 8:30..... and she got on the road back to Illinois around 4:00 this morning.

Food this weekend was HORRIBLE!!! I will be on track this week....can't afford not to be!!
ok...just thought I'd update ya'll on my "calm/relaxing" weekend....oyvay!!

WHEW. I'm exhausted just reading all of that. I can completely understand that you need to go to work & rest after that weekend.

I'm SO glad you got to spend time with your mom on Mother's Day. I know it meant a lot to you and I'm sure it meant a whole lot to her too.

Have a wonderful week & take some walks with your DH to decompress!

Ya know Kim...you're right! Everything is pretty much done on the house....(besides keeping it clean)...so I think it's time for DH and I to hit the pavement again! I miss them!! I need a good powerwalk!! And since the temps have been int he high 80's, the weather is perfect! I'll tell him we're getting back out there tonight!!

ok...gotta go fold some laundry before work!!

Wow...Jen agrees with Kim....mark the record books!!!
DH had a late arrest, so not sure about the walk tonight...I might just go around the block...we'll see.
Well, now it's just a matter of time. We're waiting for the background check to be done, then they'll give us a definate start date....(pray that it will be soon!) Also, the house is clean and looking good, (if I do say so myself.. )...just a matter of time for it to sell....(again, pray that it will be soon!!)
Tonight, I'm going to do A (one) load of laundry, then I'm going to sit down and relax!! I'm exhausted!!! These past few weeks have finally caught up with me.
oh...food today...
b-1 biscut w/ mom's homemade strawberry jelly
l-lean cuisine mushroom pizza....
d-3 pizza squares....kinda like pizza rolls, only different...and just as nasty!!
s-40 cal fudgsicle

today was good....had DD field day at school, so i went and had lunch with her. Will do the same with DS tomorrow. always a good time!!
no calls on the house yet....no calls on the job yet....need more pixie dust!!!!

no rum tonight....once a week is enough...make it last longer!!
