Mardi Gras at Pleasure Island ?

Hi All!
Only 3 days to go Just noticed that the day we arrive there is a Madi Gras Celebration in Pleaseure Island. Anyone ever been to this before. We were wondering if this might be fun to do with our 2 eleven year old boys. They had a blast collecting beads at the Universal Mardi Gras celebration 3 years ago. Any info would be great.

I've never been but here's the info we have on PI Mardi Gras here on the DIS!


MARDI GRAS at Pleasure Island
February 10, 21, and 24

Enjoy Mardi Gras themed decor, entertainment, and activities. Crawdaddio performs live at the West End Stage: 7:45pm, 9:00pm. 10:30pm and 12 midnight.

Funky Blues Messiah Performs at the Jazz Club: 8:15pm, 9:30pm, 10:50pm and 12:15am.

Ambassadors from Bacardi, Heineken and Amstel Light will participate in Bead and Doubloon tosses located at the Hub Stage, West End Stage, and Motion Night Club. There will also be stilt walkers, jugglers and magic acts. Pleasure Island admission is the only charge required for entry (No additional charge for Mardi Gras events.)
