I'm glad your'e feeling better!!! OK, if you say jogging more will help my aching shins I stick with it. Actually they feel great today so I'm going to do a walk/jog on the treadmill today. :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I hope your day at work today isn't too bad. Continue with that orange juice to keep that cold away. Keep up the great work with your eating! We both have 4 days on our bears, on to 5 right ;)

Just stopping by to say hello and have a great weekend! Not sure where I'll be, but I will try to stop by from time to time. I need the boost to keep me giong through the weekend. Trying for a whole week of daily exercise, though TOM is here and that usually puts a damper on things. Maybe I could just do some free weights for a day or two. What are your plans to get through it all? I'll be looking forward to seeing how you stay motivated.::yes::

I am so sorry to hear that Brian was traded. I don't know much about hockey, but when I heard that he had been traded, I knew you would be upset.:hug:

I am glad to hear that you are feeling better! I am inspired by the fact that you kept on running even when you didn't feel well. It's tough, but you stuck to it and most importantly, you listened to your body. Great job!

Sorry to hear that your favorite player was traded. Seems that in all sports now, fans get to root for players instead of teams. You loathe the player one year, but then he comes to your beloved team, and what are you supposed to do? I'm constantly playing roulette with my favorite NFL team because the roster is never the same from year to year anymore. I feel your pain! :yes:

hi everyone, i don't even have time to read replies right now. went to the rangers game tonight with my dad in protest :p . they actually won :rolleyes: . brought my own food. no exercise today, 21 point day, i'm going to bed, so no details tonight, but i stuck to 21 points.

tomorrow starts a new week...and since i'm going to be away from my house babysitting for pretty much the whole time, i've decided that i'm not counting points at all. i guess it will be sort of an experiment too. see how i do on my own. not like saying i'm taking this week off and eating whatever i want. no. just making good choices and seeing how that works out. just easier since i'm going to be in charge of food for someone else too. so anyway, i was going to not weigh myself tomorrow, but i will, just so i can see what happens at the end of this "trial" week.

sorry that once again i haven't gotten to any journals today. all day was busy at work, then the game, and now i'm headed to bed. i hope to have some time tomorrow afternoon at some point to check in with everyone. i'm thinking about you guys though! thank you for checking in with me even when i don't have time to read it! i'll catch up with my own journal tomorrow too :)

Have fun Marcia. Just make smart food choices this week and drink your water. Chasing after kids counts as exercise doesn't it???
 
Hey Marcia! Sounds like an intersting plan for this week. I think, because following this WOE is so ingrained into you now, you will find yourself doing very well without counting pts. I felt like going off plan yesterday, but I'm so used to this WOE, I found it hard to do.:eek: This is a GOOD thing!::yes::
So relax and enjoy your week. How did weigh-in go this AM? I personally am not speaking to my scale right now!!!:mad:

hey sharon, since i see you're on right now, i'll just post real quick.

i had a good weigh in for once! 132.5, which is down a pound. wahoo! and you're right about being so ingrained in this woe. haha, i'm not counting points starting today, but as i ate lunch, i was saying to myself "this is 2, this is 2, this is 1...stop counting marcia!" haha. so yeah. i just really don't want to count and to just go with the flow and see what happens. i'm not even going to journal my food AT ALL. i will probably check in with my journal, just no food entries. and i'll check in with everybody else as time permits at work. don't think i'll have access while babysitting. that starts tonight. so yeah.

i'm trying to get to some journals throughout the day today, but i've got some running around to do, so i may not get to everyone. i really hope to though. ok, back to other people's journals :)

I wanted to ask you about the Disney Half Marathon, when is it?can you just walk it? where will it be? when do you have to register for it?

I noticed it on the note you left on my journal and it kind of intrigued me since I have been walking so religiously, I know that eventually I will start running this year so I thought how fun to do a half marathon (even if I had to walk most of it at first).

anyway, i think this is going to be my last post until at least monday. i'm headed out to dinner w/the fam, then babysitting starts tonight.

ooh, i really gotta go, my parents are gonna be home any minute to pick me up! hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend, i hope i'll have time on monday at work to check in! know that i'll be thinking about every single one of you, even if i don't get a chance to post to your journals! bye for now :wave2:

Seriously, given how little you need to lose, 1 lb in a week is great! Good for you!
Now, just a little thought I had. You might want to journal your food this week, without the points. 1.) just to see what choices you made without restrictions, 2.) If the scale does something good (or something horrid :o ) then you can at least look back to see what you did, and 3.) to see how you'll do when you stop journaling through WW and are just on your own. It is just my opinion, the final say definitely is yours.
