Good news all around today! The judge said this should be our last week of trial and the weather looks like it will start to get into the 40's next week. I had a dismal month of exercising this month but April looks Luke it will be much better!

Only 32 minutes of laps in the pool this morning to report. I have been a total sloth the last 3 days! I don't even have an excuse!! Hoping for a walk this afternoon. My morning walking buddies aren't walking this week! I may have to make DS2 go with me later today!

Wow! Everyone is doing so well - soooo good to see! I'm catching up - between another Disney trip in the first week of March, not having internet access as much for one reason or another, and my Ipad and Iphone not wanting to work with the Disboards app update (everything must need updating), I've been very much MIA! And very much out of the routine of consistent exercise. Anyway, I do have some minutes to report and hope to get back on the wagon.

I've been advised by my C25K trainer that once the program ends I need to go directly into the full marathon program starting May 1 if I want to go for the Dopey Challenge. :yay:

edit: Also just had a fitness first at work tonight, jogged at a 15 min/mile pace non-stop for just over a mile without any walking breaks!

So besides being one of the most supportive and compassionate groups on the block - you guys also know how to kick some butt!

What a day on the boards yesterday! We're currently at 68.93 minutes - only 1,442 minutes to get to 75% by Friday morning.

I finally got outside yesterday! - 30 min walk.

(And I subbed on the third floor yesterday and didn't take the elevator once! - Not significant as far as counting actual minutes, but makes me feel good. :P )

60 minutes running in 40 degrees with pouring rain and then sleet brings me to 935/1000 :umbrella:

Congrats GAS - it's so exciting to hit that "I ran a mile without walking" milestone!!!! I saw a post on FB today that said "soon, what seemed impossible will be your warmup" and this is totally one of those moments. Good for you! :thumbsup2

Got in a good run this morning, brings me up to 1179/1200.

By the way, I'm jealous of those of you who are at, or just got back from, WDW. We haven't been in 3 yrs, and I'm not sure when we'll get there again. One of these years I hope to run a race there.
 
90 minutes for me today ... including 51 minutes of running. At the end of which I had trouble breathing and felt nauseated. That was when I realized that I really don't know much about running and I need to learn more about properly breathing/hydration/nutrition.
The good news is I did 7K for the first time today ... I'm getting closer to that 10K distance!

Just home from the funeral and I thought I'd check in with the best team around.

We're currently only 1,011 minutes away from our goal of 75% as a team!

The next person to check in will likely drop us to just 3-digits!!

Well, I had a good start to the month, but the last couple weeks I've been plagued with various muscle issues that've made things tough to get out and exercise. Managed to put in 90 mins at the gym today, so I think I should be able to make my goal over the next few days.
