MARCHing like Mulan - Exercise Challenge

Adding 60 minutes pool exercises, 30 minutes walking since last posting. Visited the Poconos this first weekend of Spring! Ha! Snow all over, but some has melted.

I'm sorry I feel off the host wagon, but I'm back and I'm anxious to get back to routine both as a host and a participant. (I haven't exercised in 3 days!)

I thought I'd be walking outside a lot by now, but I only managed a ten-minute quick walk yesterday due to the cold.

Did a 35 minute abs workout followed by a 35 minute yoga workout yesterday, and 55 minutes of cardio today puts me at 870/1000.

Adding 180 minutes for each of yesterday and today. All walking. And walking. And walking. I'm so glad Disney vacations include so much walking. Because they also apparently include so much food when it comes to my family!

Got halfway through p90x plyometric workout today before tweaking my ankle. Hard to believe the month is almost over!

Good Morning. (full disclosure: I'm still not back to being your regularly scheduled perky host, but I'll get there, I just need to make it through the next couple of days.)
But here's what I'm learning:
Stress eatting - bad
Moving your body even if it's just for a few minutes - good
Life - brutally unpredictable

Is it silly that one of my favorite things is logging into here every morning? You guys are always here, just being your awesome selves and it's pretty great.

hmack, you are such a great moderator/motivator/leader! No, it is not silly to look forward to logging in each day - I do too, and I expect so do most of the group.
