This is my first time doing this so lets see if I got it right. I want to do 45min 5 days a week. So thats 45x5=225 times 4 weeks= 900 BUT I am having surgery next week and the DR said NO nothing for 1 week, so, hmmm minus 225 hate that! so I am at 675 right? If thats right, please mark me for that.
Just when I get going, I have to stop this stinks! But I will do it the days I can and not cause myself more problems. I am so not liking be put on rest!
I wans't going to include this, but I have been running around like a mad thing at work this evening - walking lots, up and down stairs etc., so I will start my March with 30 minutes, thanks!!
i'd like to join and be put down for 500 min. i'm hoping that on the weekends i'll be able to find time to do pilates for an hour... guess i better get out and get a new dvd. the old one is getting, well, old.

This was the best thing for me last month I managed 1030 and this month while longer will be harder for me. I have a WDW vacation planned and we do intend on working out in the am.
I also have a quilt retreat at the end of the month for 4 days. So I will commit to
1000 minutes, more than my commitment last month but less than I would like - it's a trade off more days of the month but less days available.
By doing this challenge last month I am now able to fit in my jeans that were hanging around waiting for me
