March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

I'm in...I'm staying with 1400, because I should be starting back to work at the end of the month, and don't want to overextend myself.

This is my first time doing this so lets see if I got it right. I want to do 45min 5 days a week. So thats 45x5=225 times 4 weeks= 900 BUT I am having surgery next week and the DR said NO nothing for 1 week, so, hmmm minus 225 :( hate that! so I am at 675 right? If thats right, please mark me for that.

Just when I get going, I have to stop :( this stinks! But I will do it the days I can and not cause myself more problems. I am so not liking be put on rest!
 

I wans't going to include this, but I have been running around like a mad thing at work this evening - walking lots, up and down stairs etc., so I will start my March with 30 minutes, thanks!!

I made my goal of 600 min for Feb so I'll up it to 800 min!:thumbsup2 Thanks for hosting this thread - its great to be accountable!

i'd like to join and be put down for 500 min. i'm hoping that on the weekends i'll be able to find time to do pilates for an hour... guess i better get out and get a new dvd. the old one is getting, well, old. :banana:

I've not done this before, but I think I'll give it a try...I'm doing WW, but have so much trouble getting the exercise thing going.

I just signed up for the March Weight Loss Challenge and I'd also like to join this Exercise Challenge too if it's not too late. Please put me down for 1000 minutes for March. Yesterday I exercised for 45 minutes so I've already achieved 45/1000 :banana:

Joining these two challenges are the kind of accountability I'm looking for :thumbsup2 Now, I just neet to figure out how to add the cute siggy images to help keep me honest.

I look forward to getting to know you all throughout the month.
 
This was the best thing for me last month I managed 1030 and this month while longer will be harder for me. I have a WDW vacation planned and we do intend on working out in the am.

I also have a quilt retreat at the end of the month for 4 days. So I will commit to

1000 minutes, more than my commitment last month but less than I would like - it's a trade off more days of the month but less days available.

By doing this challenge last month I am now able to fit in my jeans that were hanging around waiting for me :)
