Yup, it is part of this training program I am on. It is a whole series of different moves from dead lifts to curls...going from dumbbells to barbells to the machines - and even a bench thrown in for step ups (ok, I am not at bench height for this yet, but yeah...)
Sorry I've been MIA. I mailed my IPAD back for repair (since DD20 dropped it & broke the screen) and our cable company is switching to a different speed(or something) & it has only worked 1/2 the time, during which DD20 has needed it for midterms. GRRRRRR!!!!!
Anyway, I"m back! Hopefully internet will stay working!

3/18 - 60 (museums, walking to and from Metro and restaurants)
3/19 - 20 (walking to and from court in heels, with a heavy briefcase)
