March Exercise Challenge - STOP the couch potato Madness!!

March 3 - 60 minutes
March 4 - 60 minutes

I'm off to a good start at 240/1200. :)
 
25 min walk outside tonight! That puts me at 140/700. SO ready for some sunshine this weekend!! :banana:
 

3/1 31 minutes (not off to a very good start :confused3 )

3/2 70 minutes (much better)

3/3 55 minutes

I am at 156/1400................P

I did another 25 minutes last night.

Just want you to know I think 31 minutes is pretty darn good! ;)

Looks like I haven't signed up yet. The good news is that I did start my own tally sheet & I have been exercising.

My goal is 1800 min this month. :sunny:

So far I am at 360/1800. I'd better get moving, especially since my eating has been way off target for the last 3 months! :earseek: With my eating being so bad and being short of goal with exercise, the results for me have not been good lately. This will be the month when i turn those bad habits back around!
 
I'm at 240/1000 this month, thanks to a beautiful spring like day today.

I took a day off yesterday, but did 60 minutes of cardio today for 300/1200.
 
30 min walk today--hoping pushing the stroller did some arm work! So, I'm at 170/700.
