Looks like I haven't signed up yet. The good news is that I did start my own tally sheet & I have been exercising.
My goal is 1800 min this month.
So far I am at 360/1800. I'd better get moving, especially since my eating has been way off target for the last 3 months! With my eating being so bad and being short of goal with exercise, the results for me have not been good lately. This will be the month when i turn those bad habits back around!
