March Exercise Challenge - STOP the couch potato Madness!!

Another 40 min walk last night! SO, 700/700!!!!!! Woohoooooooo!!!

Hoping to hit 1000 before the month is over! :thumbsup2
 
3/20 counting another 10 minutes. I intentionally sat in the gym (at DD's swim meet today) and had to walk back and forth to the pool viewing area to see DD swim. I counted the steps and I had 135 steps PLUS a full flight of stairs in each direction. I walked that 4 times today... as fast as I could. So I'm counting it!

3/21 120 minutes (took a fabulous power walk outside with a friend... it was GREAT... lots of big hills)

That bring me to 1371/1400...........P

Saturday I had 52 minutes, Sunday 48 for a total of 100, that puts me at 964/1000
 

1443/1300 Does this mean I can stop for the month now?;)

sorry I have been so slow to update. Spring break was last week & I hardly saw the computer. Plus, I'm scoring tests nightly for 5 hours, so it takes a chunk out of my day. Off to update now, tho!

40 minutes yesterday so 1004/1000! :woohoo: Of course my goal til now was 1200/month, I dropped it to make it more realistic and now I'm getting my time in. Whatever works right?

3/23 70 minutes

3/24 50 minutes

That brings me to 1516/1400! Looks like I need to set a new goal for the remainder of the month.

There are 6 days left of March. I take Sundays off (usually), so that leaves me 5 exercise days. I aim for 60 minutes per day (don't always make it, but I aim for it!). That would be 300 minutes for the rest of the month. Guess I will set my new goal for the remainder of March to be 300 MORE minutes. Let's see how it goes!..................P
 
Wow.... I just took a peek back a few posts and I am THRILLED to see how many of us are at or exceeding our goals for this month!! WTG everyone! I am super impressed!..............P
