You are doing an awesomw job Jay-nee! Thanks for starting this challenge - I've been doing great with the exercise however I need to get on the ball with my eating - LOL I've been at a stand still with weight loss but I am still going to keep trying :flower2:

Add 290 for this week for a total of 1005/1000 :jumping1: However I think I will up my goal to 1500 now - so I am 1005/1500. :flower:

I have been steadily exercising, but I am needing to start pushing myself a little more. I am 540/1000 for the month so far. I am going to talk to DH about us getting out and walking together in the afternoon's. I would like to walk outside, but there isn't really a good place to go alone and I don't have anyone else around that is interested in walking together. Going to drive a couple of routes this weekend and see what we can come up with.

Way to go everyone for all the hard work so far this month. Keep it up.
 
As of Friday 3/18, I'm at 590/1000. I went to the beach this week, and did a lot of walking, but not a lot of exercise to get my heart rate up. I'll be catching up this next week.
 

360/1000 as of yesterday. Have not completed todays workout so I will update later today or add it on to next weeks. :cool1:

I'm now at 1675/2000. I'm past the 3/4 mark with plenty of time left in the month. I'm not planning to change my goal, just trying to see how much I can beat it by! Fortunately, the friends who have been down to see us this month have been walkers, so I've been able to exercise several times when I didn't expect to be able to! That has helped to get my total higher than it usually is by now. :sunny:

Good for you, Disneyglobegirl, you've made your original goal, but now it's higher! You rock! :rockband:

I finally made it half way-- 509/1000.

I had better get on the ball. Time is running out this month.

We have some remodeling going on at our house and my exercise equipment is packed away. The good news is that after the remodeling is complete, my exercise equipment and DVDs will have a permanent home.

I had better get going, I have not exercised yet today and I will be working until 9PM tomorrow night. Chances are slim that I will exercise tomorrow. :rolleyes1

Hi to all

Was out of town last weekend so did not get a chance to post. Put me down for 220 minutes which is a total of 635/1000. hmmmmmmmm wonder if I am going to make it. Keep pushing!!

I am at 825/1000 minutes through 3/21 and more than met my goal of 70 miles -- I am at 86.6/70 miles!!!

I think this is good for me, I was sick for one week and did not get to exercise for 6 days!!! Feeling better and back on the treadmill.
