March Character Sightings?

Has anyone seen any rare or unusual characters out lately? I'm leaving in 3 days and was wondering if any of the random spots have or will be in use throughout march.

Any other character sightings are also welcomed.

We were there last week and did not meet any special characters. We met characters that were new to us (Duffy, Terrence etc) but no one rare unfortunately. Hopefully, you will be luckier than we were! Good luck!

I totally agree! btw, I love your website! Just a note that Duffy the Disney bear is now a regular at EPCOT. He is wearing his sailor's outfit! too cute for words!

At MK yesterday 3/18/11. Saw the following:
Mickey & Minnie-Splash Mountain exit
President Mickey-Hall of Presidents (super cute!)
Pirate Goofy-POC (super friendly)
Aladdin & Jasmine-Agrabah by Magic Carpets
Ariel & Eric-Adventureland (not in princess hall but by Aloha isle Dole
Whips)
Clarabell, Horace Horsecollar, the Br'ers (rabbit & Bear), & several Country Bears-Frontierland Hoedown in front of Country Bears. Ask CM for times (not published). Characters do not sign, it's a super fun flash mob dance, characters might pose at end for a super quick photo (we got Clarabell & Horace. Kids (& adults) can dance w/characters. I'm on a scooter right now & was watching my kids dance when Br'er Rabbit came over, held my hands & danced the last dance w/me, gave me kisses, all b/c I had a birthday button on!!! It was super sweet & made me feel VERY special (even if my entire family missed the whole thing since they were busy hoedownin' w/Horace & Clarabell LOL). It was so fun we did both shows!

HTH & will report on AK & Mickey's BBQ tonight! We are having a BLAST so far!

Wow, i havent seen the Frontierland hoedown in YEARS! That is so cool! Also glad to hear that Clarabelle and Horace are taking part of the hoedown. It used to be the Brers and Country bears only! Thats great news!!! thanks for sharing!!!

I got my picture made with Brer Rabbit last year at the hoedown. I grabbed on and wouldn't let go until my husband snapped it.

I think Colonial Mickey is really cute. The Queen of Hearts was out quite a bit on March 12th and 13th with the White Rabbit and Alice. Chip 'n' Dale were in Tomorrowland (why are chipmunks considered futuristic?). Daisy and Pluto were by the flagpole and Snow White was near Tony's and Le Chapeau.

We were there on the 13th specifically for the "Tangled" meet and greet but Rapunzel was having a bad hair day--they canceled the first show twice. However, I do have a note to see her on July 4th when we're there next.

I believe he was part of the "Mickey Relocation Plan". I would expect him, along with the other Mickeys around the park.... to disappear when the Expo Hall location opens soon.

The fellas headed back after lunch to pick me up for MIckey's Backyard BBQ at Ft. Wilderness. TIP: if youget there EARLY (like 5:30pm) Cookout Chip & Dale (w/BBQ chef hats) & Cowboy Goofy will pose for pictures. Cowboy Mickey & Cowgirl Minnie pose mid BBQ. It was a BEAUTIFUL night, not too crowded, band was GREAT, and we had a BALL!

Sunday, 3/20/11 MK
Headed straight to BBB but Pluto & Daisy were out front.

Boys got Knight Package while I got princess hair for my 40th. Brought costumes for the boys from home (oldest was Prince Edward from Enchanted & youngest was Prince Phillip). Got pictures with the following around Castle Couture:

Fairy Godmother
Lady Tremaine & ugly Step sisters (which were not ugly at all. They were HYSTERICAL W/ the boys being dressed up. Anastasia pretended to flirt w/ the 11 year old & since he was Prince Edward, I bribed him to sing "True Loves Kiss" to her which was a male CMs idea It was PRICELESS.

Then we scooted down to meet:
Tiana & Naveen

Had lunch at CRT. Princesses currently there are:
Snow White
Belle
Aurora
Ariel
Cinderella (of course)

After that I quit torturing my kids & let them change (although the oldest would have hammer it up longer). We came out & ran smack dab into:

Mary Poppins & Mr. Penguin (in front of Sir Mickey's)
Peter Pan (between Philharmagic & Castle Couture).

Then they went to ride some rides while I waited in a 90 minute line for Rapunzel & Flynn Rider in direct sun! Ugh! Apparently, this is normal so BE PREPARED to wait (water & sunscreen). But the Play & Greet was totally worth it. They are both gorgeous & super nice! I had to get a picture too w/Rapunzel since she was my favorite storybook princess growing up! I've waited many years for a Disney movie w/her (I turn 40 this Friday). Of course, after I did it my 11 1/2 year old asked for an individual picture with her. I asked him why as we were leaving to which he replied "did you see
her, she was freaking HOT!". LOL, what a little hound dog

We got the last picture at Mad Tea Party with:
White Rabbit
before he went in for the evening & called it a day for character hunting. Phew!

Yesterday (3/21/11) at Epcot we slept in but caught:
Daisy & Stitch (out front)
Duffy
Mexico Donald (super cute)
Rosetta & Vidia
Terrance & Tink (Hour long wait common for these 2 according to CM)
Snow White at her Wishing Well in Germany
We called the character hunting a day so we could do Kidcot & enjoy the
BEAUTIFUL weather & Topiaries! I just LOVE Flower & Garden Festival! GORGEOUS!
