March 6, 2011 Disney Dream 4 night cruise

I wouldn't mind including everyone as well. I have to tell you, my DH didn't understand this whole FE thing but when we would get to the room at the end of the day and see the gifts for all of us, he would get excited. We booked this cruise in December 09. It seemed so far away then and now I look at your ticker and see we are only 4 months away I find myself getting excited. We booked our flights, hotel and car (to and from). Just need to pay the cruise off to make it official! Anyone looking at future cruises?

Hi this will be my and my DD -13- first cruise I absoliutely know that I am more excited than she is - however when I showed her all the cool magnets Jordak had created with her name on them - she sorta lit up - it's tweendom angsty I gues, but I KNOW SHE'S GOING TO HAVE A BLAST. We want to do FE's and am open to either way. But it does sound like so much extra fun for everyone I sort of hope everyone can be included !! Im a kid at heart what can I say?? I have been picking little things up here and there for kids- guess I better cut that out for now.. I do have a good idea for a family/cabin gift so I'm covered there too... Can't wait til Saturday when she rolls out of MW- man I really hope someone in Germany films it...Just read today about new onboard entertainment, and new additions to Pirates night..I CAN'T WAIT !!!!!!!!!!!:

I am hoping to put a deposit on something while we're onboard. I am thinking of Christmas 2011- All this magic - and Christmas too !! Whew!!!

well my grandma and I are booked and I bought her airfare!(I live in orlando). I'm so excited!!!

I plan on booking the Fantasy while on board if I am able to. It's a catch 22 though because I can get CM rates on the Fantasy that are probably cheaper than the on board rates. I'll have to figure that out as time goes on.

edit: Grandma is new to cruising and I am silver CC. I've been on a 3, 4, and 7 night, doing another 4 night on the wonder in Dec(PCC 2.0) and then the Dream and looking forward to the Fantasy!

We are also joining you on March 6th. We are a family of 4 with a 17 year old daughter and a 9 year old son. It's the trip my daughter picked for her graduation!
We had booked B2B with the 10th cruise, but we ended up cancelling the
10th portion in favor of going to the parks. The having to get off the ship and back on even though we had the same cabins was the deciding factor. We really didn't wan't to "waste" that day sitting in the port and going through boarding again.
Anyway - it opened up 2 connecting family oceanview cabins on the 10th for some family who was waiting to go!

Yeah! Another teenager! I have twin 17 year old girls who will also be on the cruise. I think the new teen area looks wonderful and can't wait for my girls to give it a try.

Loving our countdown ticker... 107 days until we fly south to enjoy a week at the parks before the cruise!!
How is everyone marking the days???
We have been putting stickers on the calendar ... well our 6 year old has anyways....
It has been so exciting to see all of the videos and clips of the dream that have been floating around lately! It just increases our anticipation!!!

We booked cabin # 6688 , aft. We had cruised on the RCL Jewel in an aft cabin and LOVED it !! Very quiet and private, faces the wake and has a deeper balcony.

We have cruised twice with Princess and one other time on the Magic... usually midship. On Princess we did the inside cabins and then spoiled ourselves with a balcony on the Magic and will probably always go with one in the future. Especially with the younger kiddos... it is nice to have somewhere to go hang out when it it naptime!! She is no longer a "napper" but you never know with all the excitement and fun it just might happen!
So a bigger balcony would definitley be a plus!!! Do you think you feel more motion in the aft cabins??? I know when we were in some rough seas the dinners in the restaurants we went to were "interesting" ...lol

This Cruise can't come soon enough!! We have now had a week of snow... when it decided to come it came!! I can't beleive just last monday I picked up the kiddo from school with just a hoodie and now...brrr... full on winter gear!!!

For the cruisers that are wanting to participate in the FE gift exchange, if you would please let me know who you are, I can start a list for everyone else. It would also be really helpful if you are traveling with kids, to let me know their ages and what they are into. It makes it easier to find the perfect gifts (at least for me it does)!
