Hi, guys! Just wanted to let everyone know that we are going to have a Meet & Greet at 3:00 on Embarkation Day in the Promenade Lounge. It will be a great time for us to meet in person & say hi! I am really looking forward to meeting you guys on the Magic!

Also, don't forget that we are wearing green beads at the port & on the ship the first day so we can recognize each other from our DIS Cruise Meet!

I set up a separate email address for my daughter, if you want to give it to your DDs and DSs. I'll be monitoring all incoming and outgoing email, as I do for all my daughter's emails. I'll block any funny business ;-)

But feel free to pass on CruiseKatie @ comcast.net (without the spaces) to your kids! She's VERY shy and is hating me for doing this, but I think she's going to be glad we did this!

We're in! We're GTY as well... We got a cabin upgrade from my family for Xmas, so we don't have a new number yet!

I'm so excited for this cruise... 74 days! Ah!

The FE is split into a forward group & an aft group, so depending on where your cabin is that is what group you are in. There are tabs at the bottom for each group!

FYI for everyone: If you pull up the Google doc and look in the bottom left corner, it will say "Mar 24th DIS Board Cruisers". Directly to the right of that will sat "FORWARD Group" and "AFT Group". Just click on either of those words and that tab will open.

After the cruise:

This is the first time that we are not staying in FL for an extra few days afterwards. Since we're traveling with my MIL and helping make sure she gets to where she needs to go, we will be heading straight to the airport and home. Sigh...we'll be saying "So long ship and warm FL weather"...

This hadn't crossed my mind until today (sorry about that). Currently there are at least 5 GTY rooms participating in the FE. Historically, GTY rooms are assigned about 47-48 days out from a cruise (but Disney assigns many earlier than and sometimes later than that date too). That would be around Feb 7-8th which is 2 weeks later than our FE cut-off date. Does anyone want to push our cut-off back 2 weeks or would you rather I just place these staterooms randomly into one of the FE groups to make the 2 groups as even as possible?

I am making our FE gifts and I need to order supplies, so I would love it if we went ahead and place those staterooms randomly and make the groups as even as possible. That way I can be sure the things I need will be shipped in time for me to make the the gifts & get them shipped down!

What are everyone else's thoughts?
