I have the Disney Visa but was considering upgrading to an annual pass when we go to Disney in Nov. there are only 2 of us and I am not sure if it would be better to not upgrade to AP and just get SPD offer or to go ahead and upgrade to AP get the room offer and pay for DDP???

I found that BOG was available for our dates of Mar 19th to 24th. Maybe now that it isn't so new, less people are going there.

The discount is calculated on the room rates. Then taxes and fees are added to the discounted cost of the room. Before I booked our BC stay at 35% off I wrote down the cost of the room per day at the full price. When I looked at my confirmation I saw that the 35% discount was on the room price, not the total cost of the reservation.

That period is included in the RO discount period.

It all depends on the cost of your resort room and the amount of the RO discount. Usually a deluxe room with a discount is a better value for 2 adults than the S/P/D discount but you have to crunch the numbers first to be sure.

Looks like Texas spring break is the week of March 17 so keeping an eye on this thread. I have the chase Disney visa as well

I'm in Dallas, too, and most of the public schools around here -- and most of the state, I believe -- has spring break the week of March 10, not the 17th.

So is this something where we should call the second the lines open (and if so, when is that?), or can we just call anytime on the 8th? I know Free Dining is crazy, but I wasn't sure about a R/O offer.

Also, is POR included in the offer?

My SIL is getting married on March 4 at Disney. If there stay is for March 3 - March 7 at Port Orleans Riverside. Does this deal apply to the whole stay or just through March 5th? I had heard somewhere that the deal didn't run like Free Dining can anyone explain this to me? TIA!

I got the free dining pin code in my email yesterday. it ends 3/4/14, but hopefully it will extend its dates. maybe I should change my dates. Our spring break is the last week of March. When are most of the schools out for break?

Originally our dates has been discount less. March 8-10. however I called and asked nicely if there was a room only available and yes there was and it saved us. Rack was $2,167.04 1 room now is 479.30 saving of 1687.74 each room, Had to book 2 rooms. SO HAPPY

SO disappointed! Wanted to add S/P/D to our reservation. Then found out it's only offered until March 5! We are going in late March. Thought it would be good up until 4/12, like the room only discounts are! We're staying at a value, so the room only discount won't help as much as the S/P/D would have!

Also got the discount applied. We booked through DU and I got an email this morning with the new rate! Highly recommend them. It's nice to get the discount and not have to deal with the long waits on the phone or the insanely crash-prone Disney web site.
