I have personally emailed her 4 times. Scattered over the last several months. Never have heard a reply. I also check Spam folder regularly so I know it didn't go there. I thought maybe it was my Yahoo email that was the problem so I sent it from my GMail. Still no reply. I asked DH to send a reservation request. No reply. We are so crossing her off our list, although it sounds fun. Plus we I looked her up on Trip Advisor she had some great reviews but one also talking about her unprofessionalism and temper. Between that red flag and especially the total lack of customer service...well lack of response period...Not someone I plan to do business with.

That is too bad... it looked really good I sent her an email, too... I will let you know if I hear anything!

Well doing the HAPPY DANCE because we finally paid in full today! Yipee!:

We also recently booked our roundtrip air and our hotel for the night Prior. Raddison San Pedro.

Now with it PIF it seems so real! About 3 months away. Woot!

So anyway, I jumped on Disney's website and did all of our bookings. Good news for all your Silvers. As of today, 12/11 EVERYTHING is wide open. For Palo dinner..all days. For Brunch...all sea days. We ended up booking Palo dinner for Cabo night when it is Semi-Formal. I booked Palo brunch for the 2nd sea day.

Spa was wide open too. I booked the Elemis Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap with Half Body Massage for first sea day.

Excursions were wide open. I booked our family on the Pirate Snorkel and Treasure Hunt Fantasy in Cabo. Looks perfect. That is the only DCL sponsored excursion we plan to do. In Matzalan we want to go to Stone Island and hopefully see the cliff divers too. I'll post a seperate post on that one. In Puerto Vallarta we are planning to taxi over to an all inclusive. Looks like it will be Dreams PV. Fun! Our two kids and I KNOW my DH & I will love this day of relaxation and play.

I was able to get ALL THREE Palo bookings that I hoped for...Dinner, Brunch and High Tea!
Also got the Alone time treament on the day I was hoping for and booked an excursion. Sooo happy!

Just booked our Palo brunch as well. I meant to do it last night but forgot. Glad I got up and saw an email to an update on this site. Also booked the Pirate Adventure in Cabo. Not sure if we are going to keep it but wanted to book something. If it gets full, I will let you know if we cancel it.

Did the Alone Time last cruise and really enjoyed it. It was really relaxing.

Palo Brunch and Dinner are going up to $20 pp after January. That's alright. It's still $40 for a meal I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else! I think it's a bargain!

It said for sailings after 01/24, I believe. I know it was a January date, just don't remember the actual date but definitely January. So, any sailings after January, Palo prices are increasing.

When we first went to Palo, it was only $10 for brunch or dinner.
We only started cruising in 2008, so it wasn't that long ago.

Last year $15

Now $20. That's double from a few years back.
But somehow it doesn't stop me from booking

I'm so glad it sounds like everything is working out well for everyone!!!

It sounds like there will be a bunch of us on the Cabo pirate sailing!

I'm waiting to hear back from Matzalan Frank with the details and then hoping some of you guys may want to join up with my family (me, DH, DD 11, DS 6) on a tour of Matzaln that is the city in the morning (I DON"T want to miss the Cliff divers...cool) and the afternoon at Stone Island. Horse back ride and banana boat ride included, along with lunch and open bar.

PV, we are doing Dreams. Just planning to taxi over and buy a day pass at the gate.

Now....to buy insurances...haven't done that yet. And to figure out Transfers from airport to Raddison.


Hope to hear how more of you came out with excursions and Palo?!

PS I booked Palo! I am sooo excited. We have never done it before

I just heard back from Randi this morning. I had read on another message board that she was having internet and computer problems and that she had received our emails but could not respond. She has 4 horses reserved for our family and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to this ride as I have read some really good reviews. I hope you hear back soon if you are still interested.

I also heard back from Randi. We are going to do this as well. I'm happy about it, because this is what my daughter really wanted to do. Here is what she sent to me...

Hola and Good Morning Melissa,

Thank you for your interest in my ride and choosing to spend part of your day in Mazatlan with us.

I am happy to complete your daughter’s greatest wish and have reserved 4 horses for you for Thursday the 17th of March coming in on the Disney.

We will be at the TERMINAL NOT THE SHIP NOR THE PIER AT 8:00AM TO PICK YOU UP.

All you have to do is get off the ship, soonest, board one of the port supplied shuttles andi t will take you to the terminal building.

Just get off the shuttle, ignore all the many many pushy time share people, walk straight thru the building and look for us.

We are difficult to miss, with our pink signs, as you exit the building.

We will have you back at the terminal by 2:00pm which gives you plenty of time for shopping or whatever. You may, however, want to take some smaller bills for shopping on the Island.

It depends on which tour you are talking about... Randi takes cash only the day of the cruise. Some of the other ones you have to pay in advance.

Randi emailed me back today too. She said she had a reservation for 4 horses for my family and we were set to go. I haven't replied yet.

Frank from Matzalan Frank also emailed back.

Now decisions, decision. I definitely had mentally crossed off the Randi's Horses off my list and was super excited about the City Tour & Stone Island Party. Speaking to my 5th grader tonight, she prefered the horses. I am going to talk it over with DH. (Our Kindergarten son doesn't get a vote. Ha ha )

I think for the price I'd pefer Frank. What a deal...all the sites of the city..Cliff divers (my fave), Old Mazatlan, Cathedral and Market, Malecon, &
Golden zone. Followed by Stone Island with lunch and drinks and activities including a short horse "fix" for my DD.

Hey...sounds like either option would be fun.
