March 10 announcement?

I'll be on the Magic on 3/10-do you think the future cruise desk will have the information?:confused3

I think they would...but don't know if the itineraries would be able to be booked right away. If it is a brand new itinerary released DCL ususally reserves bookings for Plantinum and Gold Castaway Club members first. In the past they have made an announcement and then waited a few days before anyone could book (at least that is how I remembered it happening). We all still just have to wait it out!

Yes that is what I am hoping for!!!! I am praying for just NEW places. If I have to go back to STT one more time I am gonna scream!!

NY PLEASE!! :cool1: We would book again in a heartbeat for any sailing out of NY.

We were onboard the Magic when they announced the 2008 Panama Canal crossings. The initial booking date was also announced but they had us fill out a form, requesting a cabin category and number of passengers. I was lucky enough to call in the morning of the initial offering before the phones crashed and found they had already reserved a room for us at the lowest price available in that category.

If they do it that way again and you're onboard and get to fill out a request, make sure you choose whatever category you'll be happy with. Even though I was one of the first callers that morning, I asked about upgrading and the price was already much more. We stayed with our original request and got a great price, our booking-onboard discount and onboard credit!

That's really good to know. Hope they will do something similar this time around. We'll be on the Dream 3/13 and are looking to book Alaska for 2012.

Great info thanks!!

as there's no SUBSCRIBE button at the top anymore....

Hope DCL makes a note of the wishes!:worship:

Hope...Galveston

Galveston!!!!! Half a year----New York---half a year!!!!!!COme on please!!!

I'm hoping for Galveston!!:)

Galveston, Please, Galveston! My $89 each way flight to Orlando that I could depend on for years on jetblue is now $159 each way. Would love to be able to drive to a port and do a Disney Cruise.

Another vote for Galveston!

Yes, Galveston PLEASE!!!!!! We are currently booked on the 3/3/12 on the Disney Magic (my bday BTW!) but would change it if they decide to send her here that summer. If they don't and with airfare rising, we may decide to give the Carnival Magic a shot that spring/summer instead.

How kong after announcing the itineries do they open it for booking if you are "only" a silver CC member?

I really really want to go on any Hawaii to Asia routes that were hinted to me by an officer on the Wonder in December. My dummy onboard booking nominates DU as a T/A - will they contact me to let me know the dates and if I want to change my booking? Or do I have to just send through emails of what I might want as I want to get the best pricing as new programs tend to sell out quicky?

thanks

Oh I hope they make the announcement soon! I want to start thinking of our 2012 plans & DCL is taking too long to announce it!

Anxiously awaiting...... :rolleyes1

Another person impatiently waiting... and hoping for NY!!!!!

BUT, no matter where it is the most important thing is I just WANT TO KNOW!
:rotfl2:

My husband says he heard 2 cruise lines are trying to get into Baltimore, MD (I know Carnival and RC are there already), would love it!! But kinda doubt it.
